It's been already past a week and there's no updated status on parcel. It's still in New York after it was handed to the carrier and there's no updates about it and no actual customer service number or chat on their website. Ridiculous.

I kept getting the ads for this company on Instagram about some $5 box and I thought it’d be cool to share it with my brother. We were super excited only to be disappointed at the quality of snacks. I cancelled my subscription and the rep I talked to through email made it difficult! They kept bringing up new additions and discounts but I just wanted to cancel. I thought I canceled it only to be charged the other day! I was upset and contacted them AGAIN. I was then told that for future that they recommended not signing up for the commitment plan and just the monthly plan. Like??? They didn’t give me any other options. It’s not my fault they linked that type of plan to a $5 box. They claim that you can cancel anytime and they’ll make it up to you if you don’t like the crate. So apparently that was a lie. Beware of this company!!!!
