There is an issue at the borders once they are notified that it was in the borders possession. They offered me full refund and took care of the situation right away, very pleased with the company. I ended up getting credit and purchasing another order and received it.

This is my fourth purchase from KnifeWorks. Each time I’ve been nothing but satisfied with the products I’ve purchased and the shipping time. My most recent purchase was a bit slower but in fairness this had nothing to do with the vendor nor the postal service as there were terrible storms and tornadoes during the time it was on transit. I’ve never had a need to contact customer support, therefore I don’t have experience with that aspect. The items are packed safely and the actual product boxes have been in mint condition each order. I would recommend to family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances alike to order from Knife Works if this is their first time; as I’m certain they’ll have a positive experience shopping with them.

I changed my mind last minute about color and called customer service. They pulled it off the shipping palette and switched it out, without hesitation. Customer service was friendly and had a can-do attitude. Product arrived sooner than expected. A great, smooth experience.

I never have problems with these folk, and any question regarding a product has them immediately going in back to grab whatever and go over it with me on the phone. Just perfect service. Everything ordered ships immediately, and have only positive things to say about the business. Oh, and true sales people who try to answer questions rather than customer service reps who resent the phone ringing.

Tracking info stated INFO RECEIVED WAITING ON ITEM for 7 days and the day I requested a refund it moved. After request to cancel I received an apology and was told when I received it I could request a refund. It’s been 10 days since it “shipped” and still have not received it.

All my knives came in great shape. There was a small issue but Carla was amazing when she reached out. There was an item unavailable and within 15 mins she got that replaced for me and all my items came in a little earlier than expected. But I’m not complaining, great job!
