Disappointed with darkness of screen in daylight, apparent inability to download books as intended and reformatting of my own documents saved in EPUB format (without colour in text as intended) in a manner that doesn’t similarly affect viewing of the same documents on my Kindle of laptop.

Paid extra for quick shipping. Paid over $200 for three books and shipping that said it would be here much faster. Its been weeks now and it still says that it hasnt even shipped yet. No updates as to what is happening. Very disappointing

I self-published my first book "Oh! Canada? The Departure" with TellWell back in 2018. I was impressed from day one with the level of partnership, expertise and professionalism shown by every member of the team that I worked with. They held my hand with everything from the cover design (they made my cave drawing look like a piece by an old master!) to choosing the font to where to market the book. 6 years on and I have finished writing 4 more books (that pandemic wasn't going to beat me!) which I will also publish with TellWell!

I am a big books lover. For myself, for my family and friends. Book is always my gift of choice. Book Outlet is amazing. Great choice of books, unbeatable prices, fast shipping and most excellent customer service. I am so happy to have found them. I have received books a bit damaged a couple of times but got an immediate replacement. This is an exceptional company. The only downside, for my wallet, is that I can't stop ordering books all the time. More than I ever had ;)

My experience with Pine Book Writing was beyond excellent. I love working with Lia Sinclair and i hope when it is time to publish my next book i get her. I love the fact that they design the cover to go with the book.
