Disappointed with darkness of screen in daylight, apparent inability to download books as intended and reformatting of my own documents saved in EPUB format (without colour in text as intended) in a manner that doesn’t similarly affect viewing of the same documents on my Kindle of laptop.

Ordered an oven on Costco.ca. it arrived damaged the first time a month after ordering, the whole top end was crushed. Rescheduled a new unit, item arrived with a huge dent in the side another month afterwards. After the second time I called customer service to complain and ask what they do to investigate these issues to prevent them and what type of inspection they do before hand. Didn't get any sort of response to that. I was told this happens often and isn't unusual which I tried to point out is an issue. The rep just told me 2 returns wasn't even bad, they had another guy currently waiting on his 6th fridge!!! Needless to say canceled the order after that. Clearly they have no consideration for their customers.

Great service and support when I was having trouble placing my order on line. Once the order shipped it came in a timely manner. The thank you inside on the card was a nice personal touch. Each seed packet seemed to come with 1 or 2 extra seeds which is a nice bonus.

Perfect customer support, as I had for some reason issues with Apple Pay express check out to set my delivery address to be in US not Czechia. They quickly replied and changed it. It took only 37 hours to get from Canada to Czechia. Yeah I paid for DHL Express but still impressive feat. The product is great, got the bronze one and the base and for sure I will be getting more metals in future. Thanks!

Terrible experience. Bought two gift cards about 8 months ago - they came through eventually. Now that my balance has run out, I logged in to buy another one. After trying again and again, it became clear that they had locked me out of the account. I tried contacting support - I got an email back from someone with a sketchy sounding name who informed me that my account is a security concern and it has been closed. No explanation. No opportunity to discuss or ask for a review. I would have thought that a customer who bought gift cards 8 months ago and came back to buy more 8 months later wouldn't fit the profile of a security concern? That seems completely random. I wouldn't trust these guys at all.

Package came in one day, everything was as described. Only point of confusion was that you put some of the items within another item(model box) and it was not immediately clear. I checked the included invoice where it stated that you put the items in that model box. If you could somehow find a way to put that note online or on the order tracking, that would clear up future confusions. Otherwise 10/10 for pricing and quality service
