When my account was transferred from another platform the starting date for my subscription was updated, meaning that my 12-month commitment was reset. I sent an email to the customer service and in a few minutes they sorted it out.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and its getting worse. Very difficult to speak to a human and when you do on one occasion I could barley hear them due to the wind,obviously outside running or just out and about and on another occasion could hear children in the background over the person I was talking to. Changing provider as soon as possible

Ordered a collage. At no time until payment had been made, was there a mention of a lead time. Needed for today and was quoted (post payment) 8-10 days lead time. Better yet, CEWE who operate the service won't cancel the order due to "faitness and consistency for all customers" , which is waffle for couldn't give a **** about Boots customers.
