I'll make it brief because I have to run my business. * Their deliver was 2 weeks late * The item we ordered was not the same as what was delivered. * Only positive is their return policy is decent, and their customer service person was very nice, and apologetic but unfortunately could not resolve the issues with their logistic. Very poor delivery service.

I am in my 50's and used to enjoy the original Big Mac in my teens, and 20's. But, over the years I have noticed a significant decline in the meat patty and overall size of the burger. It's really too bad you have shrunk the burger, but have substantially increased the prices. Therefore, I have only bought a few Big Macs in 30 plus years because of my disappointment. I have heard so many bad reviews of the decline of your burger size. Your competitor Burger King, for the most part, has kept the burger sizes constant. So, me and hundred of thousands of others my age are disappointed in your quality and refused to eat your food anymore!

Always seems clean and well maintained. Food service to tables is prompt and staff helpful. Much greater range of options than at the drive-thru at Canterbury. Self-order screens available too. Plenty of parking and outside tables with sunshades. Toilets clean.
