One star is even to good for this assocation On inital  call you are invited to listen to their condescending false mission statement about their commitment to customers and how they pride themselves on providing an exceptional customer servuce. Thry are in need of a customer training company to teach them what providing quality servuce is because they clearly have no clue They are consumed with entitled female  housing officers who do nothing but  discourage and lack engagement with potential tenants. They never response to queries or  issues but years later send an email like nothing happen.- no apology, nothing. I would not be surprised if their are working in conjunction with a few rogue housing associations that do nothing but only there to update their database and not provide a service Their copy and paste response on here to customers reviews is a testiment of their lack of respect and disregard They clearly have no interest in improving their services. I feel sorry for people that are actual tenants of theirs, good knows what they are having to endure. JJ housing are a disgraceful to say the least.

I would give zero if I could. I rented through vrbo, which I've done many times, and never had an experience like this. The property was a motel room, which I wish I knew and could have dealt directly with them. Upon check in we learned that our "one unit, 2 bed, 2 bath" rental was really just adjoining rooms. I've tried to explain via email. I sent pictures of my booking, which says "one unit", I tried to call and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. Their emai response is always the same, we violated the cancelation policy (we didn't stay at the property after seeing it) and "thank you for your understanding". Roompicks is awful. I think vrbo should stop allowing their properties to be advertised.

As a current tenant at 5 Mark Street Unit 3, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others considering renting from Guiker & SplitSpot. Unfortunately, my time here has been marred by persistent rodent infestation issues and ineffective management practices. Despite multiple complaints and evidence provided, including sightings of mice and rats, the sublessor has failed to address the problem adequately. This has led to ongoing discomfort and inconvenience for myself and other tenants. Additionally, the management's approach has been hostile, with surprise cleaning fees and random inspections adding to the frustration. The overall living conditions have been unsatisfactory due to these issues, making it challenging to enjoy the property fully. I highly advise against renting from Guiker & SplitSpot at 5 Mark Street Unit 3. The rodent infestation and ineffective management practices make it an unsuitable and unpleasant living environment. Proceed with caution and consider other options before committing to a lease agreement here. Due to the severity of the issues, I have been forced to move out early. (Of course splitspot is still happy to collect another month's rent knowing they have a rodent issue)

A cherished dream of purchasing a private house nearby of the sea thanks to Maui Luxury Real Estate Team is a reality. The house is extremely comfortable. The conditions for the formalization of documentary support require a detailed bureaucratic approach. I understand that the relevant real estate requires more serious actions. Pleasure overflows my inner world. The house is gorgeous, the place is fabulous.
