I do not like being limited to 3 contacts at a time. This is my biggest complaint about the process. The help received from staff and selection of Au pairs was great!

I very much appreciated the free ethnicity results I received. They were more nuanced than my Ancestry ethnicity results, which was very vague and didn’t show the admixtures I had within my 100% Eastern European Jewish makeup. So I ordered on sale the cinco de Mayo test and got new results that differed from my free results and no explanation. I’m not sophisticated enough to understand the genetic science so I was hoping for more of an analysis. Thank you

I bought the expedited kit during a sale and was quite happy when the lab actually had finished sequencing after 7 weeks (advertised was 6-8 weeks). So much for the good. But I'm mostly interested in the raw data and the support promissed links to the FASTQ and BAM files twice over the last 3 weeks but did not provide anything so far. I'll update this review if they provide the links soon. Otherwise I guess I'll have to go for a chargeback on my credit card ... Edit: The day after I wrote this review I received the download links and could access my raw data. A nice surprise was that the coverage appears to be 50x instead of 30x. I think this is now worth five stars (from three). Thanks!

We had a try out with Amy, she is an amazing teacher and very patient. Amy can easily to figure out what problem the student is facing and then she use a positive guidance to help them understand and solve quickly. We just tried once and then decide to start the journey with Classover right away. I wish that this selection will encourage student to love study and may self-driven to reach their destination.

I established an account with Geni several years ago, together with many members of my family. We assembled a detailed genealogical tree. The person who was the main organizer is deceased. I haven't accessed my account for several years and closed since then the email address I had used. When I tried to login again, I found that the password has expired. Since the original email address is inactive, I can't renew the password. Geni recommends its subscriber to contact its subscription office at subscriptions at Geni dot com. I've done so at least three times over several weeks. Geni confirmed the inquiries but has never addressed my inquiry. I feel abandoned and that I am faced by dismissive and uncaring administration. Geni keeps my genealogical information locked away without access.
