Purchased a dress, took weeks to arrive. Terrible quality and faulty. Returned for refund as per their advertised policy. Only to be told they are new owners and not liable to refund, that I need to claim from previous owner who has now gone bankrupt. After Many emails and lies they have kept my money and told me I can pursue my money back by lodging a small claims case in court. They have disclosed all comments on their social media accounts and blocked customers from allowing to see how many complaints there are. Just completely unethical scammers, I’m confused as to why they are still trading ?

I have ordered through JB Books a couple times with quick and accessible links to the reads. My most recent transaction, I didn't receive an email with links to the books. I contacted them and they responded fast and sorted out my ordeal. I really appreciated it!

The service itself is straightforward to use and provides great value at a very reasonable price compared to other subscriptions. The subscription covers most of the major medical and health economics journals, but the biggest gap that I found was lack of coverage for journals published by Elsevier. Overall the subscription is definitely worthwhile and the article renting feature is really unique especially for individual researchers who no longer have institutional access to journals. I initially had an unresolved billing issue, but DeepDyve's customer care team was able to address it very quickly. I'm impressed!

I’m not good with technology. I’m the office manager of an investment company. I handle day-to-day compliance issues like supervising emails, making sure things are documented, and that our firm is following the details in our Compliance Manual and Policies and Procedures. Our owner is also the Chief Compliance Officer, so we share the load. He told me to find an archiving software. For me, I just wanted it to be easy. I good on Word and Excel and some of our client systems with Charles Schwab, but I get lost easily. Also, I usually need customer service. Sharp Archive has been great. They worked with me for onboarding our account and it worked right away. They told me that Facebook automatically gets disconnected and that I will need to reconnect them. They said they will tell me and send an email. For us, part of compliance is that we have to create a copy of all our social media accounts. We were just printing this out, but our owner said that this wasn’t going to work anymore because it was all moving to the cloud. For two years I have been printing off what we post on Facebook and Twitter. For me printing it out once a week was fine. I’m good with routine things like this, but using Sharp Archive is going to save me a lot of time. Our monthly cost is $64.00 per month and it’s nice to not have to think about it anymore. We looked at about six different options and this one seemed to be the best. It was definitely the least expensive for what we needed.
