I am currently waiting for my first issue of Slam magazine, I ordered it 4 months ago. I received an email saying that I would be compensated by extending my subscription, which really just ensures?? that I receive the 1 year subscription I paid for. Customer service does not take ownership, they pass it on to the publisher that can’t be contacted. My son is very disappointed that he has not received his birthday present 4 months later.

Out of 5 orders they not only got 2 completed wrong but made me pay shipping on 1 and "lost" the other in the return process so 80 more dollars lost there. Basically scammed me out of 135 bucks. The return policy is buyer pays return shipping. Well they sent me someone eles order and my order went to them. Total cluster f. I ate 50 bucks on that one. Next order I spend 700 bucks. Wrong capacity mags. I ask for a return. They accept. 1 month later no credit on my card. I ask what's going on. The rep says they never arrived. Yea with shipping and receiving dept that can send an entirely wrong order I'm sure that could happen. Stay away from these guys. All the glowing reviews for when things go right. We need to rate companies on how they handle thing when something needs to be fixed. And Gunmagwarehouse.com is one of the worst I've experienced both on the phone and in email. I'll happily pay a few bucks more per mag to deal with a company that owns their mistakes and doesn't make me eat a loss financially because they lack structure and SOPs in the warehouse.

SCAM!! This company is a SCAM. Everything about this company is FAKE! I ordered on 3/21/24 and here it's now 4/29/24 and I still have not received the magazine subscription that was ordered. I have called 800-906-6247 uncountable times and no one answers. I left a message and received no response! They are taking your money and not giving you any magazines in return! COUNT YOUR DAYS BECAUSE I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET A RESOLUTION!!

Several years ago Tractor House had a good website. Now it is unusable on an IPad. It’s pages are cluttered with ads and if you touch the wrong place you lose what you searched for. The featured listings make it hard and time consuming for the buyers to find what we are looking for in the general listings. I now use Machinery Pete, Fastline, or John Deere and Case websites. I avoid Tractor House.
