Waste of money. Poor record database, before purchasing, the site claimed to have found records of my vin #, but after purchasing, it returned no results. Also, you have to call their number (1-866-885-6480) to cancel your subscription if purchased on a web browser. 10/10 will not recommend or use again.

Amazing customer service from initial enquiry all the way through to installation and in service use. I procrastinated for several months before opting for the ProPride 3P system - but having used it, I'm a convert. Yes, it's expensive - but it's worth it for peace of mind.

Scooter booked and paid for. Pickup not available. Replacement small car, not OK for the city. Really bad. BB contacted us immediately to resolve the issue. The fault was with the local rental company. If you have any problems, contact BB!
