I purchased the system last year and from the beginning has been a horrible experience, the salesman lied, he told me just to make the sale that if I called before the year end the first service was free, was not, when I called for my first service, the first customer service representative have wait 3 days for someone else to call me back, just to tell me that my service was going to be $400 because I wait a couple months after the year and then make me wait again for a third service person to call me back to tell me when they have the time to perform my service. I just got my system serviced last week and my water is white cloudy, looks like milk, I called and of course I was told that I have to wait a couple days for service to call me back to see when they can come over to check what they did wrong in the first place. If you are looking for a water system stay away from this one because is a horrible experience all together. And is expensive too. Everything sucks in this product from the costumer service to the system itself

I really do not write a lot of reviews, but I ordered a desk from this company and once it was assembled, it was poor quality, slides around, danger desk, now to consider returning it after spending over 2300+ dollars, we are taking to robots, giving all types of hurdles to cross to meet return policy. I will never buy furniture from this company again. Completely frustrated. The return reason is because the product was poor quality for the price. Its a 500 desk all day long being sold as an executive desk.

Very poor customer service, wanted to argue that contract length on their app was wrong. They over charged spent hours on the phone to get a refund. The yard still look like crap after almost a year.

Called for an emergency plumbing repair and they were at my doorstep within the hour. Their swift response saved the day! The plumber was skilled, thorough and took the time to explain everything. Will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing needs.
