Great service, thoroughly recommend!
It's the 2nd time Dan has found me new tenants, and the service has been flawless. No fuss, quick and clear communication, and a friendly, professional service 🙂

Do not rent your property via this agency. After 2 years, my house has been handed back ruined. Damaged floors, filthy, smelling, garden just now weeds - awful.

The company were made aware of issues, but as the contract was coming to an end. They just thought they would hand it back with, a damaged ceiling, leaking taps and water turned off.

Accomodation uk have taken photos, I have provided more photos, tradesmen have been round to quote, but the last message from Chelsea was, can you not clean the staining?

Dan is a great salesmen when he wants you to rent the property out. Will really make you think he and the team care, but at the end of the contract, don’t expect a fit house to be handed back.

Dan now completely disappeared!

I had a wonderful experience from the booking process to my stay. Mr. Scott was always prompt and supportive in all matters. Onsite staff, especially David, were friendly and supportive, making my stay pleasant. The property is well-maintained and fully equipped, fulfilling every tenant's basic needs. Accommodation.co.uk and especially Dan have made it very easy for me to rent out my flat without too many trials and tribulations. They explain everything every step of the way and it was a very quick process, from the start to my tenants moving in was just over 2 weeks. I went with the fully managed service which leaves me with no worries if there is a problem because I know the team will have it covered.

Booked a viewing for a three bed and was shown around by the estate agent and landlord. Noticed black mould growing in one of the walk-in closets in the main bedroom.

When this was pointed out, the landlord tried to fob me off by stating it was condensation from tenants not opening windows (it was a closed closet with no windows near it). The painter who was there also said "we'll just paint over that, don't worry," as I was viewing the property with my one-year-old in my arms.

Absolutely disgusting that a house being let has black mould on show and even more disgusting that the solution was to cover it up. This was before we'd even decided to rent.

Hopefully someone will report that landlord and get his houses condemned!

Edit: You can see from their reply how they fob people off. I grew up in a house with walk-in wardrobes and never experienced mould. Also never heard of mould growing from damp clothes. That would have to be a lot of damp over a long time. Surely the first step would be to locate the source of the issue before blaming tenants?

Aaron was very efficient securing us a new tenant. He lined up multiple viewings in the same day, to drive up interest, and kept me informed throughout.
He was able to provide a good steer on the price to ask and what decoration works were required in the flat. He was our eyes and ears and negotiated the new contract very well.
And he's such a friendly, engaging person, that he made the whole process very pleasant.
