I hired this company to review, format and publish a book manuscript and paid them in advance (my mistake). Whereas other vendors are able to complete this process in as little as 48 hours, I am approaching 30 days and very little work has been completed and not the best quality work. The company communicates mostly through a Project Manager and through email. They insist they are legitimate but honestly I don't know?
