Cards came in great condition and packed really well. Came later than expected but not thinking anything of it because it's the postal service I got a email apologizing for the delay and gave me a refund for the shipping. Great customer service!!!!

We do track each individual shipment's progress and it is not typical for USPS to send packages in the ** completely wrong direction ** from their distribution center in NC!

USPS lost my sleeves before delivery. Immediately after contacting Backwoods, they sent out a replacement. It arrived promptly and Backwoods gave me updates every step of the way. Wonderful customer service. The sleeves themselves are also very high quality and feel like they will last for a long time.

Thank you Backwoods Wizards for the awesome new mug! I got the pink one. It is sturdy and well made and the glazing colors are really gorgeous. I can tell it was made by a skilled pottery artist. It’s a wonderful thing to look at and drink out of! I would definitely recommend the Backwoods Wizards mugs.

Honestly, I don't think I've ever ordered from a game store that provided such fast service before. I placed an order on a Thursday evening and had a tracking number the next morning with a delivery the next Monday, and it all definitely came through. I am beyond amazed at the service and will likely be a repeat customer.

The sleeves are great! Amazing detail and feel and slide between each other easily. You do have to be careful when speed shuffling though as they are delicate and can peel off. Happened to on of the sleeves out of hundred but easily replaces it with one of the six extra ones they brought. Will definitely buy more!

I placed an order for some card sleeves. They were very reasonably priced, however, it was hard to find information on the material or the feel of the sleeve. We loved the art so we decided to go for it. I got an email the next morning that my order had already shipped! It arrived within a few days and after sleeving up our deck I am happy to report that the sleeves are AWESOME! The material is very smooth and has a matte texture to it. They shuffle very nicely. We will definitely be ordering more in the future!

I am a sponsor of a D&D and Magic the Gathering club at a low income school. I reached out in hopes of some type of help to get the club off the ground and give our kids something worth using. This is a unique product in a niche market that I appreciate existing but I don't really like the thin material of the Quiver Mat holder. I wish it was a hard tube that retained its shape. I feel like it could be damaged easily and seems like a very flimsy and thin material for the price that is being charged. Maybe bring down the price by 15 bucks or redesign it to be worthy of the price being charged. Thanks!

The ordering process was easy, even though I had to use PayPal and not just a credit card, just lucky I already had a PayPal account. Received plenty of communication by email letting me know about my order. The order was processed quickly and correctly. Would order again.

My grandson is enjoying the cars! They were delivered in time for him to open on Christmas day.
But the biggest surprise was the extra mile that the company went to in designing a custom Christmas greeting that I could email to my grandson. It was a personalized greeting with sound effects. It made the gift even that much more special. A unique and fun experience!!
