I recently purchased a Yolopark G1 Megatron model kit from Clarksville Hobby Depot and had a great experience with them. The model kit was offered at a discounted price, compared to competitors, and my model was shipped the same day.

I ordered my kit on a Wednesday and had it in hand on Friday! My kit arrived safely, and was packaged very well.

I could not have had a better experience and will absolutely buy from Clarksville Hobby Depot again. Have already recommended them to several TF fan friends and will be back myself.

This company has been a go to when I wanted a model kit fast. And I mean fast I live in South Carolina and can get a kit within the week, sometimes within 4 days. To me that is crazy fast for normal shipping.

my friend and i wanted to get into gunpla so we found this store online and gave it a shot. our order came super quickly, and the staff even noticed from our order that it was for two beginner builders and gave us extra candy and stickers and a sweet little note on the packing slip! it made us both so happy to see the extra care taken with our order, seriously made my day.

Know the owner somewhat. Cool dude. The store itself while small has probably some of the best service ive experienced with such a store specially for getting new kits like gunpla. Give CHD a go you wont regret it.

My package arrived very fast, and I thought the little candies inside were also a nice touch. The thank you on the receipt was also sweet. I haven’t gotten to open/build my kit yet, but the item looked like it was packaged with care and I’m not anticipating any issues with it. I would order again from Clarksville Hobby Depot and will hopefully have more orders in the near future!

My experince with Clarksville Hobby Depot has been great. Was able to get and also order a few model that I wanted for a long at a reasonable price. Best part is now that there’s a place in town I can order from them and not from online companies.

I've bought some Gundam kits twice from Clarksville Hobby Depot, and both times it was a good experience. The selection, price, and service were all great. Looking forward to the physical store opening, since I expect it'll be a monthly visit.

I had a small issue with an order. Support quickly fixed the issue. Not only did they fix the issue, they let me know of other items that I would like and took my info on sold out products that they said they are reordering. Did a good job of making me feeling like a real person and not just some one who’s buying stuff that they don’t care about.

Great online buying experience! All items were well-packed with protective materials. Decal sheets were packed in the box with an additional bubble-lined envelope. Box came with some sweet treats and note as a nice personal touch.
