I preordered the new Iron Studios 1/10 art scale BTAS Joker and Harley Quinn statues. Once the statues were released the set was shipped immediately thru UPS. I placed an order and fat figured my email address. I reached out for correction and the owner reached out to make sure I got my shipping confirmations (shipping was fast btw). He answered a few unrelated questions as well. I ended up cancelling an order I had with the California company and going with CollectorZown who got me the item in 4 days at a lower price. They will be one of the first places I check going forward.

I had no idea this place existed even though it's only 90 miles from my house. Its nice to have a semi-local option when buying collectibles. The Winter Soldier statue, the last one I could find anywhere, was as advertised and arrived quickly. I'll definitely be using collectorZown again.

Marcos is the Man! He goes above and beyond to make a connection with his customers and finds out what they love to collect and then provides notifications when pieces drop that may interest you. I collect mostly Funko’s and have always received items in pristine condition (sans shipping damage (RARELY) beyond his control.

I absolutely love the Exo-6 Janeway Figure will definitely be purchasing from Collectorzown again. The only issue I had was one of the hand attach nubs was broken. But luckily there where spares in the case.

CollectorZown is Amazing

Collectorzown is an amazing company and has the best customer service in this market. Marcos will go out of his way to make sure that I always get what I want and that I am satisfied and getting the best deal possible with what I am looking for. My packages always arrive in a timely matter (“just as quick if not quicker sometimes over other places that you have to pay shipping on”) oh, did I forget to mention that everything in Collectorzown has free shipping? My latest order was PureArts Assassins Creed Black Flag statue. It is amazing and it arrived damage free!
