Leo, was a lifeline for me today. I ordered the book in February and taught I was getting something in the mail, to no avail. I taught it was all a scam. Leo was instrumental in guiding me through and helping me download the eBook. He also took care of unsatisfactory charges. He was even tone, professional, informative and respectful. Well for starters they responded positively and quickly, I'm gonna say they're very encouraging me to keep going.. eventually I'll get it.

Mario was able to help me and clarify for me what I was purchasing. After working with thr company for many years, almost 5yrs, he has had a lot of experience walking people through the program. If you don't have FB, their CS Team will dedicate themselves to helping. This was a great experience for a first time customer.

Venessa knew the quick resolution to my issue with the software. She assisted me as I followed her instruction and resolved my challenge. I have not yet purchased the book but I was unaware there was a "program" that you need to purchase along with the book?? How can people who are reaching out for help because they have bad credit, possibly afford this in this economic climate? If it's truly helpful, I would be all about it.

I only looked at the website to see what it was about, I did put in some of my info but never submitted an order. However, they've been taking $80.00 from my bank account!!! They need to give me my money back!!!

Similar to others experience, I purchased the program and was unaware of the membership trial and payment for the club. I just went through a bankruptcy, which could have been avoided if I knew about these useful steps in the book, when the charge appeared I called and Paublo explained the charge and promptly cancelled the subscription. Thanks for the info and cancelling for me with no hassle. I've just begun my journey to credit repair now and wished I had found this program BEFORE I filed bankruptcy.

I wasn't aware of the subscription charge for the Facebook resources. David @ customer service help me understand the charge. I told him I'm not on Facebook yet. He gladly cancelled and refunded the charge.

These are responsible, helpful people in my experience and I would definitely consider doing business with them again. Their info is good and they've done a good work building a brand. The credit card issuers don't like them, creditsecrets helps you get better control of your credit by teaching you how the credit system works.

Toby, I hope that I spelled his name correctly, was extremely helpful and informative not only in regard to what Credit Secrets has to offer as he answered my questions succinctly but also in the reason why my CC was not being allowed to be processed. I contacted the CC Co per his advice and had the card approved to accept the transaction. To my delight, when I called back 15 minutes later, "Toby" answered. He still had my page open, knew exactly what I wanted and we were able to process quickly.
