They let me know the approximate time of delivery 3 days beforehand… then when my delivery is close, I can follow the delivery, knowing exactly when they arrive. They are very professional. I have never had a complaint to make.

Our Hello Fresh packages are being delivered by Gordon Delivery. Up till now we never had any problems with the deliveries and the drives were very good on following the instructions. We are happy with their services!

So far the best delivery service i have ever experienced. They sent sms saying expected 3h of delivery time range then again just 30 min before they sent link to track shipping truck. Which came exactly on time and frozen packages were in good condition. Love their service!

I live in a building complex that can be hard to navigate if you are going there for the first time. Both times I had packages delivered by Gordon I was not at home and still, the drivers were super friendly and patient when they called me for extra information on how to get into the right apartment block and where to drop the package. They really went the extra mile to make sure my package arrived safely and I am very pleased with their work.

The best transport company.
I got a sms Friday about estimated time of delivery. My food was delivered within the expected timeframe and they send me a picture of the package in front of my door.

Always late.
Our deliveries are always late by hours, so they arrive at 2200 at night or later.. We have also had to chase the person down a couple of times from leaving it in the wrong building.
Now our order was cancelled for delivery after it should have arrived and isn’t arriving until late tonight (I’m sure 2200). No effort to express delivery since it’s the wrong day. No concern from the company to help when I tried to follow. Really disappointing.

I think they need improve the process to get, to change and pay in his online site. and improve the communication of the process. But the Kundservice is really quickly and reactive for your requests.
