Brilliant service, was informed of the day & time slot, was rang 1/2 hour before as agreed. Two very pleasant men delivered, even double checked with me that it was okay to come into the house with shoes on 😊. Carried into the house and unpacked/inspected. Excellent service.

I took delivery on Friday 17th May the two gentlemen who delivered also picked up a sideboard for replacement and built up new one - put the legs on, cheched it wad okay placed it correctly in room removed all packaging. they were professional and friendly, cannot fault them at all, thanks!

Took delivery of a heavy garden table this morning. Text confirmation and phone calls all happened exactly as they said it would. Two excellent, very helpful guys on the van. Couldn't have been better.

Kept informed of date time and arrival throughout. Operatives were professional, approachable and helpful. They unpacked the item and took all the packaging away. Apart from the new item you would not have known they had been. They made sure we we checked the item thoroughly and only left when they weee sure we were completely happy.

Smaller companies always win!

I ordered dining table online and the websites chosen logistics/ courier service was higher jump and I was very hesitant at having never have heard of them before.

It has handsdown in the smoothest delivery process I’ve ever experienced.

Great communication, They propose a date which I accepted and the day before gave me a three hour time slot (7-10) and the guys were here before 8 o’clock Which was perfect for us, so no waiting around no exceeding the timeframe Delivered in a timely manner.

The two guys who delivered our table were polite, friendly professional, and a credit to the company.

Could not recommend more, In fact, I’m considering using the same website to purchase more furniture, I can guarantee it will get here in one piece with no hassle and that’s all, thanks to higher jump.

Delivery of my units x2 and side tables (from Creation Furniture) - kept in touch within the whole delivery process - called within 30 mins of arrival. Upon arrival all packages were careful loaded into my living room and put where I asked them to, they even took their shoes off! all packages inspected prior to leaving - the guys were Dennis and Marian, lovely lads and a credit to your service :-)

I have just had Keith and Damo deliver a large dining table. They were on time and extremely efficient- installation was included in my delivery so they added the legs quickly. They were polite and cleared as much of the mess as possible. They even noticed some damage on the table which I would probably have never seen! I highly recommend them- excellent service!

Excellent communication by text and email:
A three hour 'appointment window' was agreed, so no having to wait the whole day. They rang beforehand as promised. 2 very nice young men arrived and carefully place the item of furniture where I wanted it. They were friendly and polite and as an older person I felt secure with them.

My Tom Schneider media unit was delivered today by Higher Jump Logistics and I was more than pleased with the two guys who made the delivery. I was updated by email and phone as to when to expect my delivery. They unpacked, assembled my piece of furniture and took away all the packaging. Well done guys.

Good communication to arrange delivery. They usually call 30-60 mins before to confirm but as we had a morning delivery they called the night before so as not to disturb too early. Adi and Diamond were great. Polite, professional and quick. Left our place tidy after furniture assembly. Very pleased with the service.

Very good communication from start to finish. They sent us updates throughout the process once the order was made along with pictures of the final product. The delivery was organised at a date that was convenient. We paid extra for assembly and they did a great job. We really like the finished product.
