I ordered a book for my husband for Fathers Day. Ordering process was super quick and easy and I love the way you’re able to personalize the books! Also on the website the have “freebies” which is where you can pick a wallpaper/poster and similar items, personalize it and it’ll be sent to your email, for free.

I got this for my husband from our 2 boys, ages 8yr and 9 months, and couldn’t be happier. He was so happy to see a story that perfectly represented him and our kids. I had to read it to him because when he tried, he started getting choked up. It was such a personal, unique, and amazing gift. Couldn’t be any happier with the reaction we got from him. It was also such a hit with our 8yr old whom loved seeing himself and his little brother in a story. The quality of the book itself is amazing as well, amazing job Hooray Heroes!

My mom loved her book! It was a great final touch for the little pile of gifts I got my mom for Mother’s Day. I paid for shipping to be there by the holiday and it was there a few days before. I had to tell her to wait to open it. The stories are very general but they covers most of the important things and while you get to make your own characters, they could add more diverse features into it to include more hair styles, wrappings, tattoos, eye/mouth shapes, jewelry, etc. It gets the job done well enough for now, though.

Me and my husband loved the book. My daughter couldn't stop saying that the characters look just like them. The quality came it so well made, I also bought another one for my parents as a joint gift as Grandpa and Grandma from the grandkids. They didn't get it yet but when they do I know they'll love it just as much as I do.

The company has a great eye catching design and a great Father’s Day feel. They are awesome and customizing what you want. I bought this for my grandfather and he loves it. My grandpa is like my dad and I wish I new about this earlier so I could make millions of them to give to him

The website would reset my book and some selections were confusing. It was hard to edit pages and view them easily how each would look too
Also. I ordered several days ago and still do not have an email.updating me of progress or when the books will be sent. This was expensive for me and I feel unsure.this.company is legitamate.

I'm truly sorry to hear you had issues with our website and found the personalization process confusing. When personalizing books on our website, we usually recommend using a personal computer with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as our website works better that way. We also advise our customers to make sure to clear all the cached data and cookies on your web browser, because sometimes this may cause issues.
I can see your order was placed May 22nd, but you later reached out to request changes that we were happy to apply. Making changes to a book requires us to stop it from entering the production process so the files can be updated accurately. This means your book only started printing three days ago.
The production process can last anywhere from 3 to 5 business days which is why your book is still in print and you haven't received any tracking information yet. It’s nice that every illustration can be different I wish there was more stories to choose from but then it will make it even harder to pick just 10 stories all the stories are nice stories

I spent $150.00 and was promised 20% off for books purchase totaling $120.00 and additional 12% for providing my e-mail address. I only received 12% off of my total purchase. Will not buy anything from this company again.

As stated on our website, discounts cannot be combined and our policy allows for only one coupon to be applied per transaction. Since the 12% coupon was used last, that's the one that was applied.

The book was nice, however the advertisement showed messaging on the back of the book. When arrived, I found advertisements and several QR codes. Made the $70 book feel cheap. Would've been nice but this was just a one time purchase after the experience.

The easy to use site made my experience great! In addition to that, I received a text message offering me 15% off, which had me running to check out.

It gave enough options for the roles that I needed. It was a fairly quick process, and one I could complete from my phone. I liked the ability to customize the into text and other aspects. Room for improvement would be to add more hair styles, colors and facial features for communities of color.

Everything was great from the customization and story options. The art work is beautiful that’s why I chose this book company over another. The characters look more like my son and husband. The only thing I would suggest is an option to create an account and save because I wanted to take advantage of editing the opening message but I left the site on my phone browser and what I had saved disappeared so I had to do it all over again.
