Quick + good customer service

Super fast and good customer service. I ordered a stuffed animal for my niece at around 6pm and it arrived by closing time that night. (I honestly was expecting it to take until the next morning!) They were out of stock of my initial selection and called almost immediately after I ordered to let me know, even suggesting an alternative! My niece loved the stuffed platypus they helped me pick out.

Buyer beware of purchasing Tech item

Purchased a charging block and charging cord for a patient. Same day (roughly 6-8 hours after delivery), the charging prong came completely off the charging cord. I contacted the gift shop to exchange for another one for the patient, but they were unwilling. Given that these patients don't have visitors all the time having a charged device is important so they can connect with their families and it seemed very insensitive to not at least exchange the product.

Not impressed.

I paid the same price for delivery with no notification prior to submitting that they wouldn’t be delivering on the holiday weekend. Paid the same price as quick delivery for a delivery 3 days later. Was not impressed with the flowers neither.

You greatly blessed my sister in the hospital

My sister was in the hospital and I was in another state. They got her flowers to her withing just a couple of hours. My sister called in tears because they were so fresh and lovely. Thank you so much for your high standards and artistic abilities.

It was such a great experience

It was such a great experience! I did not get the name of the gift shop employee who helped me, but she was great! She worked really hard helping me choose a nice gift for my nephew who was in the hospital. I live out of state so I greatly appreciated her help. It was delivered promptly after I placed the order. She deserves a raise. Best customer service I’ve had in years! Thank you!

The gift was a simple mylar balloon…

The gift was a simple mylar balloon set. It was delivered to the Hospital nearly 48 hours after ordering, then it sat in limbo until I called to ask when it would be delivered to the patient's room. Without my intervention, the gift most lilely would not have been delivered to the room. Very disappointing follow-thru.

Delivery confirmed but never received!

Confirmation received that flowers were delivered Sunday. Today is Tuesday and the patient never received the flowers! With deliver the cost was almost $100 - and they weren't delivered!

I ordered the vibrant marigold bouquet…

I ordered the vibrant marigold bouquet and the recipient received all orange roses. They were beautiful but I feel I should have been notified. The delivery could not be made on the scheduled day. It was a day late. I understand that the arrangement may not look exactly as pictured but this arrangement was not even close.

Not what I thought

Delivered pretty quickly but the picture online said they would send a stuff animal and they sent a mug. Not what I would have purchased for a 5 year old.

Great customer service!

Great customer service!

I received a telephone call to let me know that the items I ordered (after the daily delivery cutoff) would be delivered first thing the next morning. I already knew my order was too late for same day delivery but I really did appreciate the call to confirm. Also, the person preparing the order put the crossword puzzle book in a cellophane bag with a ribbon, which was a nice extra touch. The website was easy to use and my friend was very happy to receive something to cheer her up.

My friend received the flowers BUT..

My friend received the flowers - but what a rip-off! The web site looked like it was from the hospital. Lo and behold - FTD!!~

1. They did not indicate who had sent them
2. The delivery person had to call me for information
3. Way too expensive!

NO ONE LIKE TO BE DECEIVED!!

Best Experience on a Stressful Day

I called in from SC. The clerk described available baby boy products with enthusiasm that matched my joy! She also assembled snacks and drinks for my daughter and son-in-love. The level of professionalism she displayed deserves to be recognized!! She explained the web order process and it was simple. The gifts were delivered within 15 minutes. I am thankful for the quality product you sold me and the transaction that protected my identity and financial information, but most of all, the personal experience of shopping with a friend over the phone for my new Grandson! Online Site Only and what I ordered was available on the site, but not available at the location. The staff called and was able to substitute. The balloons were a good substitute but the stuffed animal was really lacking from what I ordered.

Awesome service
