Very easy to use, found nearest location in seconds booked it took parcel scanned barcode door opened and put it in, was collected in an hour on its way back love this facility

Used Inparcel to send off a vinted parcel, Was a bit uncertain whether I had needed to print off a label but I had phoned customer service and been reassured that my digital code usage means the courier will print it off and attach it for me. Quick and easy process!

Today was fine as there was a compartment available. However in the past I have had issues trying to find a vacant locker location. On the website I have been told before there was room at a certain location, however when I have gone there immediately, this wasn't the case. It would be great to have some sort of realtime information

After receiving my notification that my parcel was ready for pickup, it took me no time to have my parcel with me.

Could chose In Post locker only 800 metres from home kept saying had to go 20 miles away !

Another failed phone call looking for my lost parcel with no idea where it is. It’s been missing for 14 days now.
The company have told me for over a week it’s being looked for by their courier who is “looking around the warehouse”.
4 times I’ve been told I would get a manager calling me back, which happened once and he lied too.
Completely incompetent - staff who can’t do their job, don’t record all encounters so they are not logged for compensation purposes.
AVOID!!
I’m now close to £70 down on one transaction because of this joke of an organisation. They do not have any trustworthy people working in their business that I’ve been able to identify.

From the perspective of a sender from Vinted:
Inpost has switched the parcel I sent with someone else’s.
The courier stuck the delivery label on the wrong parcel.
The buyer and I (the sender) have no way of knowing who the other parcel came from or where it was supposed to be going.
I honestly don’t know how this is going to be resolved and how I will get compensation for this as it was the courier who is responsible for this mishap - the name of the buyer was written clearly on the parcel so the delivery person shouldn’t have gotten it mixed up?
