Very good interaction with the team in…

Very good interaction with the team in the office. We opted for the 30Mb wireless system- Alan called to install and he did an excellent job. Speeds have been in excess of 30Mb since install as we have a good line of sight to cell tower I believe. I’m happy to recommend Ivertec.

Ivertec customer care was fantastic

Ivertec customer care was fantastic and very attentive to or needs. We were dealing with Aine and she really cared about making sure our experience was as helpful and friendly as possible. We have been with them for a long number of years and find that any issues we have from time to time are dealt with and listened to.

Phone calls to the company were…

Phone calls to the company were answered promptly and efficiently,which I consider important in the modern era.The dates and times set for installation were adhered to.I again emphasis the most important thing to me is when I contact the Company my call is answered promptly.

Good outfit. Recommended.

My second time with Ivertec, and I'm just as pleased. Good signal and customer service that has been helpful and accommodating throughout. My installer Shane was especially great, having had to put in a long shift to get my antenna fitted on a high gable peak and wired (very neatly and invisibly) all the way to the ground.

Local support makes the difference

Local support. They actually care!

NBI broadband excellent. KN install crew can do attitude. All done in an afternoon.

The Ivertec WiFi router a lot better than standard. Great follow up. My best broadband or telecoms experience in 30 years

Very happy

I couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much Ivertec for the speed in which you responded to my problem with my fibre broadband! My old house with solid concrete walls needed the magic of Pat Fleming’s hands! Delighted! We have broadband in every corner of the house now. Thanks again for the quick response and the super customer support - fantastic and a real treat nowadays, to be able to speak with a person when a problem arises. Well done to Pat and the Ivertec team.

Customer service

The customer service rep on the phone Ger I think his name was, was very informative and very helpful in explaining the difference between the packages and friendly also Alan the installer was brilliant.

Great local alternative for Broadband

Easy to get in touch with customer service,& always helpful when I rang.
Competitive pricing options.

Last but not least great product. The Fritztbox router provides much better and faster coverage in our apartment than the Vodafone router ever did! Having both 2.4&5 GHz speeds has been very useful.
Always great to support local businesses,too,if possible.

A1 service, highly recommended

Very quick turnaround between ordering the service to installation. Very efficient and friendly staff. The installer couldn't have been more tidy and was very helpful with any questions I had. Service is brilliant, Internet is very reliable. Highly recommended

Excellent Service

I very rarely write reviews, but I am more than happy to give Ivertec a review. I've been with them since late last year 2023, they are so easy to deal with, always there when I have any questions. I've just had fibre optic connected, Ivertec sent out their technician the next day to complete the connection and install the new box, no disruption of wifi connection inbetween, they are very efficient, and the best thing is they are an Irish local company, well done Ivertec.

Internet Fix Done Well …

Only recently arrived in Waterville and we urgently needed internet for work. All sorts of obstacles including being 12kms up in hills on a narrow dead-end road but Kevin Kelly and the Ivertec tech guy Pat made it all work within 24 hrs and took on this as if it was their own problem!! Very grateful that Ivertec got here so quickly.

Working from home with Ivertec Broadband

As I work from home i have had Ivertec Wireless Broadband for many year's.
It was is a good quality service at all times.
They are an Irish company with real people to help you if you have a query .
I have recently upgraded to their Fiber system which was installed without any drama by two experienced installers . Good package and improved broadband speed .

Customer service could be improved alot

They fine you for paying your direct debit late, even tho its on the date they said you had to pay. Didn't tell me it comes out about 8am and because I hadn't it transfered into my account until around 10am, I got a fine for it. Called and explained I'm not late and he pretty much said tough luck what you gonna do about it on the phone. Very bad customer service I'd of tried a different company if I knew how they could be with you beforehand.

I live in the back ar#e of no where and…

I live in the back ar#e of no where and for 11 years I couldn't have Internet at my house cause it was a blackspot. Then this lovely crowd came along set it all up hassle free and my Internet is flawless 👌 only thing I will suggest is boosters as parts of my house don't receive the WiFi from router.

Service is excellent

Service is excellent, Very friendly and approachable staff.. unfortunately for the past couple of days Internet is constantly cutting off. Its extremely annoying. There is no number to contact at weekend that I know of. Hopefully it will be sorted. It started off great.speed is 25 at moment.
