I had a follow up visit since I am two weeks away from completing the jump start program. I had many questions regarding a change in medication along with side effects and how to handle some of them including lean muscle loss. Dr Abergel was helpful in navigating me in the direction that works best for my situation. My visit started a little late since she had a complicated visit prior to mine but she took extra time for my visit, as well.

Erin was very informative and knowledgeable about the product and use of product. She explained thoroughly how to use this shot and the process it will take to get results. She answered any questions or concerns I raised during our meeting. It was brief but accommodating and simple.

Lizzie was so knowledgeable and friendly, she really made me feel excited about starting this journey.
She wanted to make sure I was familiar with all of the benifits of the medication, but also stressed the importance of life style factors (water, protein, exercise) that would help make me successful.
The meeting was fast, and efficient, but I feel very well informed and ready to start the GlP-1 process.

Taylor was so kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She listened attentively to my experience and needs, and helped me figure out how to proceed with some great advice. She was able to submit my prescription refill right away, and even followed up with me via text immediately when my internet connection dropped down at the end of our visit. I was very impressed with Farrah’s professionalism and ability to answer all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and she explained how the meds work and what my weight loss expectations should be. We also discussed diet and exercise along with maintaining the loss. Overall I would give her a 10 out of 10. Thank you Farrah.

I love being able to have the virtual visits being a mom of 3 with kids in school at different hours, it’s been extremely difficult to get to a pcp. Lizzie Rosenberg was great and made me feel comfortable. I felt she asked the right questions as well as provided me with a ton of information.

My provider was incredibly helpful and she listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. She was very supportive and encouraging. She made feel comfortable and was easy to talk to.

The provider was good. She asked appropriate questions and listened thoroughly to my responses. She reviewed the side effects and gave me suggestions on reducing them.
I was disappointed by the monthly membership fee as that was not something that I realized before the consultation.
