Happy with service.

Very good service and arrived in good time. Shoes are top quality and lived up to expectation.....

I did however scratch the leather on first use.... gutted 😭

dishonest company

No, your customer service has been awful, I ordered a size 9!!! I've given you evidence that I returned the trainers? You said DPD is your recommend & trusted courier. once I printed your label for the return, it becomes your problem not mine!! I can't get any information or get any updates or start an investigation on the return,the trainers have been stolen or lost. Your recommendation, your fault, your problem. please just return my money! Witch I feel you have stolen..

you should of sent out the correct size, my order was changed your end..

Hi Steve. Thank you for your 2nd feedback regarding the same matter. I understand that Customer Services have now confirmed you are being refunded today.

If a parcel goes missing in transit, a full investigation has to be conducted. This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Whilst we understand this is a inconvenience and causes stress to you, there is a protocol that both Mallet and DPD need to follow which can take some time.

Mallet Customer Service team has kept you in the loop since you emailed 20th May chasing your refund. Only then was it discovered that the parcel is still in transit and has not been delivered. It has only been 4 days since you raised this with them and we have now confirmed a refund is being processed today.

I recently purchased a pair of Mallet trainers, and I am absolutely blown away by their quality and performance. These are, without a doubt, the best trainers I've ever bought.

I had a pair of Diver 2.0 trainers and…

I had a pair of Diver 2.0 trainers and unfortunately I snapped one of the laces. I reached out to Mallet customer services and asked where I might get a new pair of laces. A member of their customer service team responded called Shona, asked for my address and explained they would send a new pair of laces. Within a week I received a new pair of laces, free of charge. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

ORDER 173182 Purchased for my grandsons 16th Birthday, I hoped the quality would be good as I payed more than I would for myself. Quality was amazing, he loves them, they have not been off his feet yet and he says they are very comfortable as well as stylish, really happy with purchase

Trainers give me blisters every time…

Every time I wear the shoes I have blisters and can’t walk in them after two hours! Tried everything, wore them enough times to break them in, bought blister protection, and doubled up in socks. Honestly the most uncomfortable trainers I have ever worn, look nice and stylish but massive waste of money as unable to wear them for more than two hours!

Excellent service on my Exchange

I ordered size 12 on the sliders and needed size 13 to make more comfortable so needed to send back for an exchange and the service was excellent - very fast and efficient so not sure reading other comments why they are 1* ?

I sent an exchange request in which a returns QR code was sent to print off - sent a picture of the returns - sent to a local DPD collection and the rest was all done without having to do anything

I love Mallets and have many pairs so would definitely recommend

I live in SA and I bought my sneaker…

I live in SA and I bought my sneaker from hydraulics store, the way my shoes has been making boils after wearing it, I’d wear it for 2 hours and I will feel it. And it’s not a size issue 😫😫 I regret myself because the price doesn’t align with the pain I endure with the sneaker 😭

I recently ordered some Hoxton 2.0…

I recently ordered some Hoxton 2.0 shoes for my boyfriend from Flannels but after 3 wears the soles came apart which we were very sad and disappointed about. We loved the shoes and have had a faulty refund from the retailer but I am in 2 minds whether to purchase from Mallet again because I don’t want to experience the same. Really disappointing because we loved the shoes.

I've been waiting for a response to my inquiry for more than a month now. 

I wasn't impressed before with your CS, but I'm definitely not a returning customer now.

My first pair of mallet trainers (smileys), a luxury item in my eyes that I had to save for BUT I love everything about them, the guilt of how much I d spent soon disappeared, the packaging was top notch and made me feel special, the trainers themselves look amazing, the quality feels amazing. More importantly I felt amazing and smiley wearing them, every penny saved well worth it, thank you 😀

Shocking customer service and poorreturns policy.

I’ve experienced the shocking customer service for myself. Trainers bought for Christmas and unable to return or even exchange due to their poxy 14day returns policy. The trainers are unworn, boxed and still sold in store and online, but they still won’t exchange them.
Last year I bought 6 pairs of mallets (not all online) and they will be my last.
*** response, I wasn’t in the country for three weeks after nye, so how was I expected to get the shoes back given I was located at the opposite side of the planet? Customer service like this, you won’t be around too much longer!

Thank you for your feedback Jon. I have looked into this and can see the order was delivered 22.12.23 so you are 41 days over the returns period. We do try and accommodate customers as best as we can but the returns policy is clear on our website that you have 14 days to raise a return from the date of delivery which would mean you had until 5th Jan to raise a return.

Great experience

This is the first pair of these these trainers we have bought. Got them as a Christmas present for my daughter, so can’t comment on actual trainer other than she loves the style. Ordering very easy, good communication, swift delivery, incredibly well packaged. Wasn’t expecting a shoe horn, extra laces and dust bag! All good so far!
