Omo is an amazing app overall! it really focuses on mapping out unique individual plans that cater to you specifically, not just a one size fits all approach! the app offers so many great suggestions and I truly believe it is just what I need to finally reach my goal weight!!

I didn’t like being misled by not being told this program would be something that there was a charge for. I should have known upfront there was a cost involved. I thought it was something I could do in my own and THEN purchase a coach service as an addition if I felt I needed the support. I felt it was bait and switch and I was sorely disappointed that I was truly open about my issues but the program purely commercial and money hungry. I am on a fixed income and can’t afford anything extra.

The app charged several unapproved charges to start off with, I decided to stay with because I wanted the weight loss. Then they popped a charge on in the middle of the time I had already paid for, for time beyond that, I didn't fight it. I stopped them from being able to charge again, but now they have a lock on my app until I pay for time beyond the August payment. Somebody needs to put these practices out of business!

I actually like Omo better than Noom but I only wanted 3 months subscription so I cancelled a day after so I wouldn’t forget. Despite the app saying that I could access my account for the 3 months I paid for, it’s now asking me to pay $60 to access the app at all. Buyer beware. Don’t fall for this one.

OMO has been a huge help in my fitness journey. The personalized diet plans based on my BMI are easy to follow and really effective. I've seen noticeable improvements in my health and energy levels. Highly recommend giving it a try!

The quiz you take is really interesting and helps you figure out what types of blocks you may have that are making weight loss more difficult. Mine is hormonal for the most part. Omo helps you address any psychological blocks as well. It's not just a diet or work out app, it helps you really understand your body!

I really liked the questionnaire that was shown to me when I started figuring out what the issues could possibly be and also including emotional ones. I didn’t have the opportunity yet to fully try it out so that’s why only 4 stars

Their plan is misleading. The basic plan provides very limited flexibility to navigate the program and input your information — only weight, meals, and walking steps. It does not allow you to input extra workout or exercise time, etc. You need to purchase the premium plan, which costs about $25 on top of the basic plan. When you purchase the basic plan, you are not informed about this additional cost. When I contacted customer service and complained about it, a person named Jules offered me one-year free access to the app that has functionality to personalize the program without any extra fee. This was misleading because it sounded like it was all inclusive, but when I agreed, they still said I needed to purchase the premium bundle plan to unlock all features. I don't like their business model at all, and chose Noom instead.

It is friendly user. A helpful application that will not only help you track your progress but helps you to stay motivated, remind you of your fitness goals. It is a useful app that could support you psychologically, physiologically, and of course your technical needs for you to reach the goal of your fitness journey.

Customer service at the phone is just not understandable. The accent of the representatives is not understandable and it's not possible to receive service from them, due to this accent. I think it's an Indian accent or something close to that. It's frustrating and they don't understand hardly anything from what I say even though I speak fluent English. Eventually I'm hanging up proximately 85% from the phone calls to Amazon because of these Representatives. Just not possible to receive service from them.

Honestly, I was skeptical in using the app because most of the time I only get what I need to do vs. what I have to do. In omo app, I am able to find out more about the correlation of my weight and height and how my lifestyle and eating habits affect my weight gain. I seriously want to lose weight but for some reason, Im not succeeding. In omo app, it allows me to have a mindset of achieving my desired goal by providing me exercise and food plan and most importantly, estimated date on when can I achieve it.

In my experience this service is useful if you need to keep a food log to keep track of calories. I did not receive instructions for how to use any other features, if there is any other features. I received alerts multiple time a day to log my food and beverage intake though.

I like Omo because it keeps me on track without taking up too much of my day logging food and exercise. The daily sessions provide good information without being too long. Users also have the option of purchasing a more comprehensive app.

AVOID AVOID!!
I downloaded this on a free trial, the app didnt help with what I needed with and I passed the free trial phase and had to pay. That is fine it was my fault for passing it. I went onto the app the cancel and it would not allow me to press the cancel subscription button, so I went online and again it would not select it. I then wrote them an email to say I could not cancel online and wanted my account cancelled, a week or so later I was charged again!!! so I got I tried again to cancel on the app and it would not let me press the button, I screen recorded what I was doing (really I should have got someone to record me trying to press the button) but they would not accept it and give me a refund, they said upon review they can tell I wasn't pressing the button but actually I was and the point was I emailed twice to cancel and tell them it would not allow me to do it on the app or online and they think I'm conning them. Reality is they are a scam!!!

I used omo for the purpose of finding how many calories I burn naturally to be in a calorie deficit, i like that it asked a lot of questions but some did feel repetitive or not related to my goals. I would trust omo data to find my deficit just wish it was a bit quicker/to the point with the questions

Paid for a subscription and was expecting £15.95 for the first month and that my renewal for the next month would be £38.99 - that's what the receipt e-mailed to me says. So, I was surprised to see two separate transactions taken: one for £15.95 and one for £48.00.
There is no support e-mail to contact to try to get money back and they make it very difficult for you to find out how to cancel your subscription.
Dubai based fraudsters! I would avoid, if I were you. I put this one down to experience

Basically it is a calorie counter, you have to enter manually meals, exercise, water, steps... Many questions in the
initial test, supposedly to personalize the plan, but, despite although
be paid, which for what it is used for, it would have to be free, to have that
customization with a diet and exercises, you have to pay more... a premium subscription! I see it as a scam!! I have canceled the subscription the same day, and I hope they don't charge me more as I read here that they have passed to some. and btw a refund is not an option they are not willing to give you a refund no matter what.
