Terrible customer service.

Got an annual charge even though I had clearly switched off auto renew, contacted them for a refund which was granted, then they debited my account back again for the same amount a week later.
Apparently auto renew had kicked back in again, (twice in a few weeks). Now they claim they have refunded me again but it has never appeared.
Online agents say they can't help and I need to phone an international number to get help, which would cost me more than the refund.

Ceraphine... Great customer service, Thank you!

Ceraphine got my website up and running with the issue solved. She stayed on hold with me to ensure the error was completely rectified. Customer service is a lost art and this time it was a pleasure to have someone actually listen to the problem, take the time to understand it and not talk circles around it. Thank you for your help!

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company!

I have had so many problems with security, SSL and hosting my web site and email with them. The auto-renewal system keeps switching my services back to auto-renew and I keep getting random charges.

I have wasted hours with support agents whose only mission is to sell you new stuff you don't need.

I purchased an SSL certificate for 1 year and every month I have a problem and have to contact me and they tell me that my certificate has expired (there is no active SSL on your account) - Term: 1 year(s)
Certificate ID: 387750302, then they change something at it breaks again.

For an entire month their entire account manager was down because they changed the way that 2 factor authentication worked and suddenly I couldn't even log into my site manager screen. It's still not working with SMS and I have to use a recovery key every time I log in.

Their entire security model is broken and I would strongly suggest you find a company that has competent engineers that know what they are doing.

It's very worrying that I have som many security related problems that they seem unable to resolve.

Superlative Customer Service

I had the good fortune to work with Ran who is competent, professional, courteous, patient....just about every superlative that could be used for an extraordinary customer service representative. Several layers of problems that were resolved over 3/4 of an hour. I could not be more satisfied!!

I wish I could remeber the woman's name that helped me, she was fantastic. I was having trouble resetting my login password and she was very patients, helpful an understanding. She knew exactly wjat needed to be done and help me do it properly. Then she went the extra mile and helped me change the domain names for my church website, which was the reason I needed to log into Register.com in the forst place. Outstanding work - THANK YOU!

How to direct a new DNS Server

When I called for support (how to direct my web site to my domain at Register) the support tech "Larry" was extremely helpful and provided the correct advice and simple instructions.
The phone directory was well organized and allowed me to get to the correct support individual.
Excellent service from Register.com.

After weeks of things not happening in a timely fashion, I was so very fortunate to have this man answer my call this morning. After explaining my frustrations, he helped me finish the site and go live within two hours. Profoundly grateful for him. And he did fantastic work and made great choices!

Professional, Productive & Pleasant Tech Support

Contacted ProSupport with eCommerce issues and within the first few minutes Monique J. provided a solution and created a more user friendly option for inventory. Going above my initial issue, Monique J. offered recommendations to increase visibility and appeal of the merchandise that really improved the online store, then took the time to make each upgrade to the products. Support team is poor

Support team is poor. keep saling the online webhosting and PHP8 products but never resolve hossting issues even after multipal request webpage down for more then 10 days. still refuse to refund.

Once I got to the right tech

Once I got to the right tech, AJ, my issues were resolved. He was very thorough and kind and helpful. It took multiple calls speaking with multiple people over several days until my issues were taken care of correctly, however. Calls also dropped half way through.
