Terrible customer service.
Got an annual charge even though I had clearly switched off auto renew, contacted them for a refund which was granted, then they debited my account back again for the same amount a week later.
Apparently auto renew had kicked back in again, (twice in a few weeks). Now they claim they have refunded me again but it has never appeared.
Online agents say they can't help and I need to phone an international number to get help, which would cost me more than the refund.
