Our technician, Robert, was very patient as he went through all the options of ADT security for our home. He answered all of our questions and made suggestions that were practical for our residence and property. He explained the pricing and monthly monitoring fee thoroughly and once our contract was signed, started the installation promptly, even though it was late in the day. We are very pleased with the Safe Street service.

John was very professional, informative and showed a genuine interest in my safety. He went above and beyond to ensure that my house was secured from any intruders. John took his time to explain why it was important for me to add a sensor on my garage door. He was so concerned about that it that he spoke to his manager about reducing the price for me to get the sensor. He also showed me another way a burglar might enter thru my garage and told me how to fix that situation. We need more people like John showing genuine interest in everyone’s well-being and safety!!!

Marissa was perfect. Super informative, punctual, fast working and made everything easy to learn. There are a few steps that need to be done that can be annoying, hoping around apps, emails, etc. The additional cameras were also very well explained without her being overly pushy. Really appreciate her.

Today, I had a really good experience with the installation of my new security system. The installer, Rafael, was very nice and helpful! He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Rafael patiently explained how everything works and made sure the installation was perfect. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

And excited flawlessly. Can’t say enough good thing about him.
The sales people — two different people I spoke with — on the 800 number were horrible. Gave me incorrect and misleading information. Prices were wrong. Legal requirements for smoke detector placement were incorrect. I wouldn’t do business with either of them again if my life depended on it.
So, Good product and great install despite the terrible sales experience.

My technician arrived on time as scheduled and worked very efficiently to make sure the equipment was properly installed and functional. He took the time to explain how to operate the system step by step and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very friendly and patient with my inquiries. He demonstrated how to arm and disarm the system and showed me how to navigate the apps. Very knowledgeable and a job well done!

Rudy was our guy! And He was So pleasant and knowledgeable! My husband and I had great conversations with him as he worked and we would trust him again and again! He is a truly good guy you have working at your company and he gave me options for ADT and I took it! It’s always hard to trust ppl who may not have your best interest at heart or don’t go the extra mile! It’s hard to trust someone in our home!
