Perfect Customer Experience

I really love the designs, but quite simply this is a 5 star review because of the customer service. I needed to arrange for an exchange and the email communication that I received was timely, direct, easy to follow, and exceeded my expectations as a customer.

I’ve seen one negative review from a previous customer, and while I cannot speak on another person‘s experience I can say that in my experience the product and especially the customer service was absolutely outstanding.

Etremely poor service, support lied to me.

This is a scam company. Avoid! Item was ordered 18 days ago, and USPS said the package label was printed but never dropped off to them. Contacted support multiple times, and while they responded they offered no help, other that "usps says it's delayed, check back later." and "we dropped it off to them, so sorry!". Disputing with my credit card company now.

Edit; item finally arrived, ordered April 11, received May 1. Multiple emails back and forth in which they lied to me and said it was given to USPS when it wasn't. Only after dispute process was initiated did they actually ship the item.
