It's an easy process to check which books they will buy and add to your cart. Pack up your books using the prepaid shipping label they provide and you'll have a check or whatever payment method you choose in no time. They also let you know when they receive your books and whether they have been accepted, then when your payment is issued. Both times I've used them it was a very quick turnaround for payment.
I do wish they accepted more of my books though. I guess I've sold 10-12 overall out of the dozens I had. To be fair, some were very old.

Selling my books to SellBackYourBook was easy and painless- especially with the phone scanner app. I could’ve wished they would’ve accepted more of my books, but I was glad to sell the ones I could. Once I got the prepaid label and shipped it the books it was done!

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I strongly believe that you should return people's books that you reject. I had 3 books that were not accepted upon arrival, they claimed they weren't in good condition and that they were throwing them away. I could have sold them somewhere else. I also don't know if they just said that they were throwing them and kept them. I would very much like to have my stuff back as I didn't send my books so that they can keep them for free or throw them away.

They absolutely are running a scam. They reject books and claim they ISBN number was wrong. It's always the most expensive books. Then they don't return them or offer proof.

A pretty straightforward business. The company assesses the value of your books based on isbn numbers, sends you postage stamps, furnishes you the money post arrival of books. As it was my first time I was a little apprehensive, as the process takes a little time, but must say am pretty happy with the ease of doing business with them.

I sold a big stack of books back but they got lost in transit. I didn’t receive very much money for my expensive textbooks but they did still pay. Customer service was okay to deal with but I wish there would have been an easier experience. I had to keep checking in on the status of my books and money.

Very good website. Very clear and easy to use for this old woman. The amount I earned from selling my books was not so great, but the satisfaction of having them gone and available to others made it worth it. If you have books you no longer want, box them up, print and tape on the label, drop off at FedEx, and wait a week for a check. I made enough for three lattes!

The website was easy to use in finding books. While I did not make much money, it was a better alternative then throwing books away. The free shipping made it a no-brainer. If I had to pay shipping I might not have used the service. Once I sent the books in, the reply was very prompt and it wasn’t long before they sent me the payment. Highly recommend.

Getting rid of a lifetime's library is painful; the fact they don't take everything gives me confidence that the books they do accept will actually be of use to someone else. Also, it's faster and easier than taking the books down to my local used bookstore and hoping I'll get something for all those cartons.
