Great fabric/ great quality, feels cool to touch, does not seem to bump up or fold upwards when worn unlike my previous experience from various vendors.
Downside, it runs small, I will do size L now.

I wanted to give it 5 stars...I like how fast delivery was, I love the material and comfort of the shaper, however, you can't always go off of other reviews for sizes. I normally wear a lg/xl but ended up ordering an 2xL based off reviews, the shaper arrived I was excited to put it on for an event over the weekend and it ended up being too big and didn't have the affect I was looking for. I believe if I size down it will be perfect.

My experience overall with Shapellx was good. I've purchased from them before. But im giving 4 stars bc the latest product that I purchased just didn't have as much compression as other items that I've purchased from them. However, they've made the exchange process very simple. So I will continue to purchase items for my shapewear needs.

My experience was simple and easy. There are so many styles of shape wear to choose from I had to read each description of all the items before I made a decision. Unfortunately I choose the right style in the wrong size. However, I requested an exchange and received a response within 3 days. I reached out to customer service and they were helpful in correcting the situation. I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered 2 different pieces of shapewear from here. I have to say it is definitely recommended to measure yourself as I ordered the normal size I would wear in pants/shorts/skirts and the shapewear is definitely too small. I have never had shapewear so wasn't sure what to expect but I will be returning them and exchanging. Heard alot of praise from women who already have this and use it regularly.

Your products are high quality and very well made HOWEVER your customer service is HORRIBLE! Your online chat doesn’t work, no one answers emails in a consistent, timely manner nor do they follow up or follow through! I’ve been trying to get an exchange for an order for over 3 weeks with no response for 2 weeks then I get an email thinking it’s a response and NO! It’s a request for a review INSTEAD OF A RESOLUTION! Will never buy again

Where can I start first !!! The customer service is immaculate, quick and friendly. I literally ordered my item that night and by the morning it was shipped out and the tracking number sent, received the item in 3 days everything as described. I ordered and shipping was fast. Unfortunately, I did not like how the product felt or looked on me so I submitted a request for an exchange. My request was approved. Two months had gone by and I had still not received my exchange item, or a refund or communication, if there were issues. I reached out to them and they got back to me within 24 hours, which was great. Shapellx understood my frustration and I am in the process of getting my exchange.

I ordered the Air Slim Elastic Fuse Waistband Shaping Bodysuit and it delivered on the firm support! I’m top heavy, so I wish there was a little more full coverage. The security of the hooks and zipper really pulled everything together while allowing me to still be able to breathe comfortably. I also liked that the shorts did not ride/roll up or move from where I placed them. An added plus for Shapellx was the quick delivery as scheduled! I will be buying again.

I am a first time buyer and wanted to try out the shapewear because I heard and read so many great reviews. I received my order but it was completely wrong. I had to pay to return the wrong item (not to mention i paid extra to have it expedited). When I did finally get my suit (another 4 days) it was very tight. I'm guessing I'll just have to get use to wearing something so tightly compressed. I didn't feel that comfortable in it

Awww man I got my order I was so excited, when I say the the fabric is nice , it’s as soft as skin and light weight, I ordered the medium I should have ordered the large 😟 well the cool thing is I received it sooner than expected, my exchange process was smooth so yes yes yes for this purchase all around. Oh and for this to have been online shop . I’m impressed because I have been burned before by other shops, so I was nervous.

The garment seems to be well constructed and quality material but wear a size 12 sometimes 14 dress and pants depending on who makes it. I ordered a large and I couldn't even hook it because it was too small. I ordered a large but I am thinking that I should order a XXL.

I’ve been looking at this site for a while now I typically wear size 16-18 and so I decided to go ahead and take the leap on the ( XL) airslim Butt lifting high waist shorts, Let’s just say I found my second skin; I love everything about the shorts ,the snatch ,the lift ,the feel they are ah-mazing. The delivery was super quick (same week) I decided to order a couple of more items. If your second guessing Don’t you won’t regret it.

The shapewear is comfortable and lightweight. Unfortunately it was too big for me. I contacted customer support for an exchange, unfortunately they don’t accept exchange but they promised they will send me another one free of charge. I will make another review when I receive the new shapewear.

This company offers THE best shapers especially in plus sizes. And as a plus size woman that t me is very important. I do wish all the shapers cane in the bigger sizes (5x/6x). Quality, fabric and durability are second to none from my experience! I highly recommend!!

Like the fact that the shipping was fast on my first order and it was no hassle. There was a moment where I had to reach out to get some help getting the item return due to fitting but after it was returned and everything was sorted out it worked out.

The shapewear itself is fine. Nothing to write home about. The bodysuit flattens the chest area quite a bit so if you’re busty, that’s not ideal. My main issue was with the customer service. I reached out immediately after placing an order because my apartment number wasn’t listed. I emailed and chatted several times over 4 days with no response or way to reach someone until I finally got an answer WAY too late and my package had shipped. It was returned to sender and I had to wait for it to be re-shipped. They answer their emails in the middle of the night and then take another 24-48 hours to respond with vague, unhelpful answers. The live chat option is fake. Overall I had a horrible experience with their customer service and would spend my money elsewhere like Amazon for a similar quality product and next day shipping with 24/7 help.
