Ordered around the 13th May and package…

Ordered around the 13th May and package arrived today so it did take a while. Shape wear isn't as dramatic as expected but it is comfortable and I will get alot of use under clothes for a smoothing effect.

Orders take far too long to arrive but…

Orders take far too long to arrive but given they come from china (which I didn’t realise at the point of ordering) no surprise.
Product ok but is exactly the same as one I bought from Amazon for a third of the price. Was expecting really high quality obviously just cheap mass produced product, branded as more higher end.

Placed my order back in April

Placed my order back in April, once we received it we were not happy with the end result I emailed them to request for a exchange and after numerous emails which finally provided the return address I went ahead and shipped it back as I was told that I could return for a refund. I shipped this back right away to avoid any issues as I was close to the 14 days coming to an end. They received the returned package on May 6th and three weeks later I have not heard from them. I have emailed them a few times and no response I even tried their unless live chat with no response. Very disappointed would not recommend as customer service is horrible.

Dreadful experience - AVOID, AVOID

Unfortunately can’t comment on the quality of the items as these took 19 days to arrive! I contacted the company to ask where the delivery was it had been specifically ordered for a wedding. No apology/ no explanation or info. When it finally arrived (this morning), there is a second label over the first one suggesting this has been lost in transit? I have contacted customer service a number of times and can\t believe how awful it is. They flatly refuse to accept returns - even though I sent photos of the items unopened as soon as they arrived. This is their mistake but they won't accept any responsibility. Every other review suggests the same so be careful buying from them in the first place!

I was unsure about ordering shape wear…

I was unsure about ordering shape wear online … but I’m so glad i decided to. The two body suits I have are absolutely brilliant 🤩. I have a very long torso so all in ones are always to short in the body … but because of the multiple fastenings they are suitable for all .. i don’t have to buy a bigger size that doesn’t fit. The ordering process was easy my purchase arrived within a week with plenty of emails keeping me informed Would highly recommend this company and its products …

What a total and utter con!

What a total and utter con!! Waited for my shapewear longer than their specified time and when it arrived it made absolutely no difference what so ever! Tried the Jean test - no difference. I have well and truly wasted my money. Lesson learnt

I am obsessed with these bodysuits and…

I am obsessed with these bodysuits and now have them in all styles. I also bought the nipple covers so I can wear the suits under a jacket (so comfortable). These suits are the most comfortable shape wear I have ever worn and they definitely take you down a whole size. I have recommended them to three of my friends who have also loved them. Customer service is fantastic (very responsive and engaging) so that is a plus. I love all the colours but the brown is my favorite.

No one responds customer service is awful…

I have been trying to send back items that I ordered for a wedding in April that arrived too late !!!
Nobody replies to you !!
Please please please DON’T order from this company they are a nightmare if you need a resolution to a query I’m still waiting despite numerous emails !!!!

If only I could give zero stars!
These items are a joke! Three weeks for delivery first of all. Then rolling about laughing after I tried it on. Has the designer of the thong bodysuit seen a human body 🤣🤣. The thong piece is so long that it is also a thong at the front and the ‘support’ doesn’t start til above umbilicus height. Think mankini and you’d be right.
Then it says store credit only. Credit to buy what? More substandard merchandise! No thank you. It’s some business plan. Make crap. Deliver crap. Have a crap return policy. Make sure customer has no wish for store credit for other crap! Customer bins crap and chalks the purchase up to a crappy mistake! Crappy by Shapely!

I really wish I had researched this company before purchasing! You don’t have to look far to find many unhappy customers.

My suit took weeks to come with no idea when it was coming. When arrived it is not fit for purpose because it is way too long in the body for me. Now they’re saying no refunds, only exchanges! I don’t want them. To be honest if they did fit I didn’t feel they were good quality anyway.

I have read their returns policy and it is so contradictory! In one sentence is states returns are free,
In the next it states customers are liable for return postage. No return labels or address to return them to.

Sort it out shapely or you won’t be in business much longer!

I ordered and it took nearly 3 weeks to…

I ordered and it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive with no tracking information. I just don’t see how that length time is acceptable. Tried to speak on web chat and it took 8 hours to get a completely unhelpful reply.
Actual shape wear does very little and only now do I see they don’t do returns only credit. So much so for the ‘easy returns’ promised on the home page. Don’t fall for the glossy website, all totally rubbish

Much as other reviewers have stated

Much as other reviewers have stated. I ordered a small (im size 8/10) it does nothing to "shape you". My figure looks no different (i bought it to pull in the lower belly im getting now ive hit 50!!) having now seen all these reviews im wondering if i dare to return and lose both the money and the items....

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Extremely disappointed with the product, doesn't do what it says but I'm even more horrified by the appalling customer service..
No replying to messages via their 'instant chat with us' and now read that returns are only possible from the UK and USA.

Do not order from them

I received a shape wear item that has no tummy control and wished to send it back. They replied to the initial email and have since ignored all my subsequent emails asking how to actually send it back. So frustrating, now stuck with an item I do not want and £24 out of pocket for it! Do not order from them, poor quality and rubbish customer service.

I ordered 3 shapers

I ordered 3 shapers. When they arrived they were too big. I contacted customer service and they sent 3 replacements free of charge. The replacements where delivered faster than original. I was very pleased.

I really don’t understand the negative reviews?

I really don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews for these bodysuits?
I received mine today, I purchased two on the buy one get one free deal, ok they took a while to come but they’re lovely 🥰 lm a uk size 16 and according to their size guide a L which I ordered , it fits well , the material is fine and the bra straps are adjustable. I’m quite small busted anyway so it’s not an issue but I think a larger bust would be fine too.
So to summarise I’m a very happy customer 5* from me 👍

Rubbish quality product amd service

Received order and was the strangest fitting item I have ever seen. I’m average height and size. Sent back for an exchange as they don’t do refunds, I’d definitely have wanted a refund due to quality and shocking fit. Never received exchange, sent multiple emails and screenshot of proof of delivery. Appalling customer service. Have now claimed money back from my bank.
Item is nothing like in the adverts, no refund policy, and customer service even worse. Avoid.

The advice saying to size down is very…

The advice saying to size down is very wrong for larger ladies. I'm between a UK 26 and 28 and a 3xl is this exact size and what I got. The body isn't long enough and comes too low so you would have to wear a bra. It also seems to push the fat all to the front. It's not comfortable but doesn't feel as restrictive as other shapewear. All in all it does smooth out your shape and looks good under a dress.
