The company refuses to refund delivery charge when returning items. This is illegal, if you return something within 14 days then standard delivery charges must be refunded in full. They will try to fob you off saying it’s their policy. Irrespective of the policy it is not permitted.

Honestly the clothes are of GREAT quality and the material is excellent. Sometimes sizing can be an issue so I’d recommend measuring yourself and putting the details in the app. This way the app just tells you what size would be suitable for you so that feature works the best for me! Shipping is quick too and hassle free returns!

Loved my items, unfortunately the zip burst the first time I wore one of my items. Customer service was actually pretty good. They offered me a refund for the item as it was no longer in stock. Also didn't need to return the item which means I can repair it and still have the item. Just need to find the time to repair so I can wear them!

I had an order that was particularly shipped. The items I received were so cute and great quality but unfortunately too small. All I can say is reading is fundamental for sizing🤣. I reaches out to the customer service chat and I was amazed. Saif helped me find the items in my size and canceled the too-small ones. Great customer service.

It is incredibly nice to see a shop with dedicated clothing for curvy ladies. sizes are decently correct and if you give them your measurements the site will advice you with the correct size for every garment. I placed an order it took over two weeks the delivery carrier UniUni that Cider uses is horrible 😤 I got a notification that my order was delivered, the picture showing where it was delivered was not my home. They left the package on the main street anyone can get the package. I reported this issue with Cider customer service was not helpful at all took a while to get a reshipment of my order and again I had the same problem, I complained about this issue twice was not able to get my original refund they gave me a store credit. I do not recommend this company they horrible customer service and delivery service!!

I have had multiple orders from Cider. Their clothes are really nice (surprisingly), true to size and good quality. I will continue to order from them regularly.

My most recent order was from their international warehouse and took 1 week to get onto a plane, and 12 days in total to get to me, which is very unusual.

Orders are all trackable via the app.

I brought the cherry 🍒 dress and it fit like a dream. When I washed it (cold water/delicate cycle), it had a seam failure that left a substantial hole. I contacted customer service and sent pictures. They sent another dress out within a few days. I wore and washed this one with no problems. Customer service was extremely responsive and quick to solve the issue. I'll be buying from Cider again!

It may seem like a maybe not so professional website from their looks and the amount of items that they're selling. But I have always been satisfied with almost everything that I've ordered from them. Price worthy, no shipping fee over 500 sek which is the price of most dresses. You can easily pay with Klarna and it arrives on time, considering it ships from another country. I bought a dress recently and they sent the wrong size, customer service replied within 12 hours even though it was a weekend, and made sure I got a refund the day after. Very fast and professional.

I always love the clothes I get from here. However, the sizing charts can be a little confusing, especially for those with different body proportions other than sample size. Recently, the website has stopped applying my given measurements to recommend sizes. You really have to know your own body and estimate how your body will fit in certain clothes. This sometimes leads me to getting larger sizes than recommended and hoping they fit well. I heavily rely on the reviews to see how it fits on people closer to my size.
