Shot Scope Support is exceptional

You guys are great! Responsive, thorough and informational. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had to request some help and each time it has been exceptional. From sending out a replacement P tag to helping me get my round entered correctly, all support ended well.

Joanne from Shotscope is amazing

I had a minor issue with my V5 not consistently detecting my clubs. I emailed and received a prompt reply with simple diagnostic instructions from Joanne. When I completed the test and advised Joanne she simply said she would send me a replacement. She sent easy return instructions and reimbursed me for the shipping cost promptly. I would recommend Shotscope to my friends and members at my club. Thanks for making my experience amazing Joanne!

Great customer service!

I have been using my ShotScope X5 watch for several months. Was working great but lately started to freeze and not recognize the greens or new holes. Contacted support. They replied within a day but their first recommendation seemed to lock the watch. A second reply a day later resolved the issue.
I have rarely found an item that is so well supported!

I love the shot scope products!

I love the shot scope products. I am on my third device and I had an issue with it their customer service was excellent in dealing with my issues quick knowledge and resolved the problem very quickly.

A+ device and customer service

I have been a loyal shotscope user since 2020. The service is great. Customer service is even better!! My first unit saw more than 3 years of use and over 250 rounds before I had to replace it. The V5 is a great yardage and score keeping option.

Response did not address my issue

Response did not address my issue. I get the watch charged, but the issue with Pin Collect not popping up when I get on the was not addressed. I still have issues with it. Additionally, the watch keeps going to last shot when I don't want it. Gets frustrating.

X5 watch issues, support excellent

Having bought the X5 as a replacement for my old V3, I experienced issues with it from the start. Contacted the X5 Support team (Cameron) and we worked together testing various things. In the end it didn't fix all the issues so a new watch was dispatched. So far so good with the new one. Support are brilliant, it's a shame the watch was faulty in the first place.

Quick and responsive

Had trouble syncing my rounds to the app, following some trouble shooting I got sent a new watch which seems to be working fine. The service was quick and responsive.

Excellent Customer Support

Lost the screwdriver for changing the V3 watch strap and contacted customer support to enquire how to purchase a replacement. A replacement was sent out free of charge a few days later. First class service.

The Shot Scope team is amazing! Their products are excellent and their client service is even better. I used to use a competitor’s product, but switched 2 years ago. Best decision I have ever made. My handicap has dropped by 6 strokes thanks to the data analytics provided.

Fast work

Shotscope replied very fast and took very little time to fix the issue and apply the changes to the software. Once you get used to using the watch you tend to rely on it much more,so having it accurate was a pleasure

G5 customer

I tough at first it will be difficult or long to get my course map and big surprise 4 days later it was done complete. Just for that I give a nice rate and I find the g5 to be really light and user friendly

No €40 discount despite advertisement via google

When I google on Shot scope V5 I get to see a link from Shot scope site itself with €40 discount. However, when clicking through, there is no €40 discount at all. Reason: it was an initial promotion thing by shotscope.

Screw fell out of the strap

Screw fell out of the strap, but contacted after sales who were excellent and sent replacement screws. Very impressed with watch and after sales service.

X5 Strap Loop

Unlike my V3 which has a fixed bar on the strap to push through the various holes in the strap to hold it in place, my X5 has a seperate loop around the strap to thread it through and hold it down. The loop degraded and snapped in half leaving a loose flapping strap. I thought I would have to purchase a new strap but Shotscope sent a new loop within days FOC. I have had several interactions with Shotscope Support and without fail everyone has been dealt with quickly and efficiently with no hassle. This an excellent customer service company.

Big thumbs up for the shotscope V5

I recently upgraded my V3 to a V5 and it has been fantastic. The hole map feature is invaluable when playing new courses and the distances to front and back of all hazards also great. The stats available after your round also help you focus on where you need to improve. It’s a brilliant piece of kit and easily the best golf watch I have ever owned.

Good service, poor product

The customer service is pretty good to be fair, far better than the product. The x5 has been a disaster since it was released, hopefully the issues are now fixed and to be honest if they are not then this will be the last shotscope product I buy.
