After receiving my parcels with Evri/Hermes who left three of my parcels at different times 600 yards away
at the entrance to my to my farm the parcels were put next to trash trolleys. Instead of at the house, where all the other carriers do. It was good to receive my next orders with YODEL, who left them in my front door porch, perfect.

Trustpilot is a useful website for consumers who have experienced a problem with a business and are trying to get a fair go.
Today 30th May I received word from PayPal that $83.51 has been put into my account. For me the matter is now resolved. However until Youfoodz and Hellofresh change their business models and become more transparent I won't be doing business with them again.

Sir if you see I have improved a lot by attending the class and I really enjoyed it pure hour with main interest and literally you have improved a lot really I can't explain in the words. My experience was unlike all the others. It truly felt like there was another person pushing me to bank with them because my money would be safe from all the other pesky fees and things of that nature. Most of all I was Givin the respect to trust in my own discussion to bank there or not. This is why I will always choose this type of way and bank .thanks and have a blessed day

Allows fake reviews from people we have never dealt with. Blackmail us to pay for fake reviews to be removed.
Circumstances, my company, DietPal, received a negative review from someone in Germany who we have never dealt with. We don't sell outside of the UK and the individual themselves are a competitor in Germany, although we don't compete in the German Market, they compete in the UK market. So trust pilot allow fake reviews from competitors overseas without evidence to back up the review. Yet when you try to combat the fake review by adding your own positive review, it's swiftly taken down!
Trust pilot damages business.

Trustpilot removes authentic accounts - holds on to 5* reviews until businesses pay for premium features. They suspend accounts based on robots not humans. I used to love this site but the second review I ever wanted to leave has been consistently removed and I have been made to feel like an inauthentic scammer. Trustpilot integrity days are over.

Twice now genuine reviews have been removed even though I have verified my identity. One was a 5-star review and the other was a 1 star review. Both were completely honest and based on my genuine experiences. Trustpilot removed both because their software flagged unusual features. I then have to "prove" they are genuine which is a longwinded process with an unhelpful team and very discouraging. I wonder how many other genuine reviews are removed for the same reasons and if people even bother to take the time to try to prove their experience is genuine - really leaves a sour taste in my mouth

From the time my item was collected by the courier I was informed. They gave me a date it would be delivered to me but they also emailed me to say it was on its way and also let me know when it was about to be delivered. When my parcel arrived the chap was very pleasant and polite. The parcel was all in one piece as though it had just departed from the seller. I was very pleased with my experience.
