Parking at FBO

I am mostly at fault for not reading the check-out procedures. However, PVT aircraft owners should be able to pick up the vechical at the FBO. All one has to do is park in their parking lot and give the keys to the front desk and AC#. They have been providing transportation for avaitors and their passengers for as long as I can remember.

Great Rental Experience

I have rented vehicles in the past with rental companies. I will never do that again. Turo is the way to go!!! You know exactly what you are getting and I have never been disappointed yet. There are no hidden fees and you know exactly what you are paying for like the other rental companies.

Gil is a top notch host

Gil is a top notch turo host in Las Angeles CA. He was quick to respond to our needs and provided us with what we needed to complete our 7 day unbelievable trip to California. We had a big itinerary and we were able to complete everything on it. Gil truly cares about his clients safety and needs.

Turo is the best!

My trip was awesome the Ford Expedition is always a pleasure to drive! The host was very responsive, helpful, and understanding. I caught a flat tire on my way to pick up the vehicle which caused me to be late and the host was very understanding! Thanks Turo for the awesome and inexpensive experience!

Expired Tags

Car was good. Host was great. But. Didn’t realize the tags were expired for the first few days and was driving around unknowingly. Host tended to the tags rectified in a very timely manner, yet, Turo should never have allowed a vehicle with expired plates to be rented. What consolation can be made?

Great car rental company!

We rented a 2024 Toyota Carolla from May 11th 2024 to May 25th 2024, and it was a great experience! Turo delivered the car to us at the airport on time, very courtious and respectful. He even gave us his personal cellphone number in case we needed anything! We will rent from Turo again and again.

Dependable and reliable Company

It was great to find a host close to home and with the perfect vehicle for our family trip that was clean, with none smoking or vaping odors of nicotine. I have been a Turo user for several years now in over 5 states and Turo has been the best experience I’ve had when traveling. Even when I’ve had an issue Turo customer service has been quick to respond and attend to my need when a car was just not running right and the host was not responding. They quickly found me another vehicle and it was done professionally. I trust Turo and everything the company stands for.

Convenient Service

I love the fact that we can use your services and not have to worry about pick up hours as some rental places close to us close at 6pm and if we are far from the airport we have to get rentals a day early or late. But for we Turo it accommodates us as we are just renting from locals who live close to us and it’s a great way of supporting our neighbors so to speak.

Make it seamless

The host was very cooperative and we both were able to reach compromises easily. However we planned a swap at Departures at the airport and he was 20 minutes late. It would not have been a big deal anywhere else but they are strict with stopping time at passenger drop off and pick up. The swap works great for both host and guest since the guest is right in front of terminal and the host avoids paying parking fees. Knowing so I feel the host shoould have prepared better and make it seamless.

Impressive platform for both renters and vehicle managers to sell and offer services around casual car rental service.
Market data and listing of available vehicle in the continental US is unmatched with respect to Peer to Peer rental offerings.
I can rely on Turo to deliver on dependable host ratings like a Airbnb for cars.

Pay attention to times!

A good experience. I hadn't realized when booking that I would have to pay to get to offsite location if after 7:30pm. Other than that car was clean and I am happy I used them. I will use again if need be

$162 airport fee at a Palm Springs is…

$162 airport fee at a Palm Springs is crazy. I had no prior knowledge about it, nor did the host when asked. I could have picked up the car 2 blocks away at my house if I had known. PS is a tiny airport with plenty of parking in the town!! It is not JFK!!. I even returned car directly to host not at airport. I politely called customer service to ask for a refund thinking you would value my business - 9 trips since Nov 21, total spent $11214 - average $1246 per trip. They refused. I am never using Turo again and will go back to Hertz Gold which I understand has improved service as a result of your competition. Goodbye Turo!

Turo is #1 for my car rental

My history with Turo has been great! In regards to my most recent experience, the host was very detailed with information. It was an easy check-in and check-out process. The host was also very responsive to my messages. This has been my fourth rental with Turo and I will definitely use them again.

Outstanding customer support

Host was great - courteous, on-time, delivered the car in great shape. Rental experience went without any problems or issues.
Apart from the particular host, the customer service I received from Turo was excellent. I had had a problem with two previous hosts canceling last-minute for this rental. Turo customer service was quick, thorough and delivered for me. Not only did they find a comparable car in the price range of my original rental, but also provided me with a ride share since it was difficult to get to the rental site. I am very impressed with the degree to which Turo went to assure I had a positive experience. This is the way all customer service departments should run.
