Got my package but it stop working within a week.

I was very happy I received my package I use it for about a week and my Clarisonic stop working it don’t charge I was so disappointed because it was really good price and came with a lot of extra things. I would problably not order kind of scare to order again and get something that don’t work.

Lots of research led me to CurrentBody

I researched for months as to what red light therapy mask was the best for me. I was looking for a mask with different colored light therapies and the Current Body 4 n 1 mask was the one I purchased. It is comfortable to wear and walk around if that is what you need. The remote is a little heavy but you can put it in your pocket or waistband. I have only been using it for about a week, so I can't comment on how well it works but if I can I will come back in a couple months and do a follow up. The mask is flexible so I use it on my neck/chest and my head for hair growth. The mask has a higher irradiance then other masks I looked at. I can't comment on the company because I haven't had to reach out to them about any problems but any reviews I read were positive. If you are interested in a LED mask check out CurrentBody.

Cheap strap design

Strap is horrible for helping keep it on. The velcro rips your hair out and it's so uncomfortable.

New customer

I have just used it once, but the directions were very clear and easy to follow, looking forward to great results. Minimal discomfort.
I was focusing on my chin area, but will use it elsewhere since it is so easy to use.

NO CHARGER IN BOX

My $500 product didn’t even come with a charger and they were like “too bad so sad” instead of just sending a charger. HORRIBLE

No returns

Did not fit my face and is very uncomfortable. I tried to tried to return but evidently it was not returnable !!! Very bad customer service. I would not recommend any purchases from this company.

happy mother on mothers day

I purchased the mask and neck as a gift for my mom. After doing extensive research on these masks - and there are alot on the market - the price, levels of irradiance being 30mW/cm2- the right number for best results, and the simplicity of use, Current Body was by far the best choice. My mom is using hers daily and has even found my dad using it as well. Now, I need to get one for myself!

I received my order quickly

I received my order quickly. It was nicely packed and instructions were easy to understand. I charged my face and neck led purchase and began using same day. I’ve only used a week so no improvement yet but I’m hopeful.

Excited to see what this currentbody…

Excited to see what this currentbody LED mask can do for my skin! The 1 thing that I don’t like is the band that goes around your head to keep it on. If you use the eye protection that you can use with it. It is soo tight it hurts. But they say pain is beauty lol. So far though, skin is glowing after 1 week of use! Excited!!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I recently had a device that I purchased from Current Body that stopped working around the year mark. I assumed it was a loss but found out Current Body warrants products for 2 years. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded and had me ship the device back and then they promptly sent me a new one.

Bye bye wrinkles

Hey there! So, I recently tried out the CurrentBody LED Mask and, like, it's pretty cool, you know? It's this light-up mask that you wear for your skin, and it's all fancy and stuff. It's, like, really comfy to wear and feels kinda futuristic on your face. The lights are different colors, and apparently they do things for your skin, like help with pimples and wrinkles and stuff. I've been using it for a bit now, and I think my skin looks a bit better? I mean, it's not a miracle worker, but it's a nice little treat for my face. Overall, I think it's worth a try if you're into skincare gadgets and all that jazz

They made it right!

I don't know if there was a problem with them understanding the English language or what but NO one would give me a direct answer to my question that I asked for more than once. It's finally all done! Once this went up the chain they resolved my issue above and beyond and said they would look into the issue for the future. In the end I was pleased with the final outcome!

So far I am loving my current body LED…

So far I am loving my current body LED face mask. I have been struggling with cystic acne and perioral dermatitis and the mask has already helped significantly with the inflammation. I look forward to seeing the long term results! The mask fits perfect, is very comfortable on my face and around Mt head.

Recommend CurrentBody face and neck masks

I purchased the face mask and neck mask and have been very pleased with both. It has only been a week of daily use, but I am starting to notice my skin tone becoming more even and bright. The directions for use were very straightforward, and will be easy to travel with given the flexible mask structure and storage bag each mask came with.

Stopped working after 1 month

My mask won’t charge, the charger pack seems to have malfunctioned after a couple of uses. The customer service to replace is frustrating, you can’t get ahold of a real person and the email responses are not helpful - they keep denying my request to replace the mask.
