Honestly this is everything you need to learn about the claims process. This company should be required training prior to separating from the military. It would have changed my life years ago if I knew about all of this back then.

Great organization! I’ve been attempting to deal with VA on my own since retiring in 2007 and I realized I NEED HELP! Jordan made good on all of his promises and got me moving in the right direction. Fighting the VA is always an uphill battle, but I now have the confidence to take on that fight! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Such an informative course that is chock full of information while not being drawn out or boring. I was kept engaged throughout every video. Definitely advise getting if you are dealing w/ VA claims.

As you progress through the military so many people try to give you advice on what to do and not to do when comes to VA Claims so your miles may vary....But this course is the END ALL for all those conversations, very detailed with links/forms/videos... I would suggest everyone get the Deluxe Package, may be expensive but WORTH EVERY PENNY. Absolutely no regrets 5 STARS

Well, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I have viewed all of the lessons, but now I need help navigating to talk to someone specific, and on the website, the only thing I keep seeing is the lessons I have already viewed. It will not deviate from the lesson plans, and I can't see anything else to go to the help section. The lessons were very helpful, but now I need to get to the next step and can't get a hold of anyone.

Great experience! Jordan helped me 100% I was denied about 5 times. VA Claims Academy helped tremendously. and I got a high rating after reviewing Jordan's videos and taking notes. If you can refrain from paying those other companies your back pay, and just being patient and uploading the correct documents and statements. What made my experience great, was that not only did VA claims Academy help and assist with new claims, but helped with past claims and listened and cared about my time in service and wanted to help improve my life after my time in service. They explained each step and process and for the first time felt like everything was going to turn out good for not only me, but my family.

Jordan is awesome! He helped me through every part of the process. He’s honest and transparent. Really helped me understand how the process works. He’s interested in helping veterans get what they deserve and not looking to falsify or do anything shady. A lot of organizations I talked with left me feeling uneasy. Jordan gives you the education you need to file your claims yourself and legitimately get 100% that you deserve. Can’t say enough

Intake call was on time, I would suggest allowing two hours per session for thoroughness.
