Will buy from CEX again

Product arrived really quickly and well packaged (with no plastic). It was in mint condition, as described. First time buyer from CEX and would definitely use again. My only criticism would be that the online description could be better, eg including a photo of the original packaging if it has one and what is inside the box eg cables, battery etc.

Brand new and perfect

I was disappointed when opening my tablet bag to find my S pen was missing when away from home and needed to work.
On return and not able to find my pen started to look for a replacement.
Samsung didn't have one, eBay were advertising they had a replacement but the reviews were not favourable and assumed the pen might be a copy.
I have used Cex before when my Bose charging case was stolen and supplied me with an excellent original BOSE replacement.
Ordered the pen from them at a fantastic price. Within a few days it arrived brand new in a pouch. It is a Samsung pen so it perfect in all attributes. Cex saved the day yet again

Would buy from CEX again

Would buy from CEX again. Product as described - as new but not in original box... Great for the environment that second hand goods can be reused rather than always buying new and for that reason also good for our pocket 😃

Brilliant service and excellent item

Brilliant service and excellent item, just like new (don't think it has ever actually been used) complete with box and instructions. It does an excellent job on my hair as well!!

All at a fraction of the price if bought new!

Charging adapter will never come with a grade C

Very happy with purchase, watch has slight wear and tear with some scratches as expected, but in perfect working condition. Slight miss advertisement, stated on my order I would receive the charging adapter. On contacting was an error on their behalf. Unfortunate as was expecting, but on contacting the done a good will £5 voucher gesture. Overall happy customer!

All round great service!

All round great service!

Was really easy to place the order, this is the first time I've needed them to deliver a game since the only store locations were a minimum of an hour away from me - was expecting the cost to be a lot more than £2.50 - received an invoice as well as the game, boxed in really good condition. Will definitely use their online service again if in-store isn't an option 😁

What I love about CEX is they never lie, if the device is not perfect, they tell you. I have bought many items from CEX with confidence in their assessment, customer service and returns policy. Long may this continue.

Cex UK - Online service breached Trading Standards and not fit for purpose.

Cex ? webuy.com (UK) Online service useless ! They do not send the item that you ordered. Legal failure in Trade Descriptions act. I ordered a grey and orange speaker and they sent a multi-coloured grey blue red, yellow speaker. You order one item in a colour, but send something completely different colour. 3rd time it has happened (so n ot a one off). Not acceptable.They say they use generic photos, but then use different colour photos, instead of one generic picture - highly misleading and illegal. Should clearly say its generic and say colour may be completely different to what you ordered. Website not fit for purpose.

Apple Watch

I recently purchased an Apple watch from CEX, and the experience was fantastic. The website was easy to navigate, and I quickly found exactly what I was looking for. Exactly as advertised.

Product came out exactly as described, in fact it's felt brand new and I was able to collect in store and the staff followed distance selling directive in store since purchase was made online. All very seamless and CEX is my first go to store for electronics and gaming. I've always had good experiences with CEX and I sincerely hope this never changes.

Bought an iPhone online & returned to a Store

Bought an iPhone online; received it fairly promptly. Afterwards I decided that I did not want it. As per info on the website I took it in to my local branch. It was received with no hassle; the cost of my purchase (including postage) was credited to my card the next day - after the phone had been checked. Good job CeX!

This time I will focus on my product…

This time I will focus on my product rather than the experience itself which was quick and smooth, even if the website and app are very laggy and not so pleasant to use. So far I would say that as a grade C is good! I didn't need a particularly great iPad and this one does all I want. Just to describe the condition: It seems the LCD/touch screen has been replaced but I can't really tell...the screen is presenting some weird "luminosity" area on the LCD which are not effecting the usage. The true tone seems not working but the touch ID works good, not great but it does the job. The battery is what is worrying me a bit but again, it's a huge iPad 12.9 grade C which is still receiving updates, for the price is a 11 out of 10 in my opinion. Definitely trusting them more and more after the previous experiences in store.

CEX SUCKS!

I ordered a G-Technology G-Dock to use with my computer for external drives and received the item well packaged with power cable but no way to be able connect the device to my computer. I emailed the CEX support who said the item should be sold with essential accessories for the device to work. But it hasn’t! They have told me to just return the device if I’m not happy and won’t supply me the correct cable to be able to use the device! I am angry and frustrated in being a long time CEX shopper and being refused basic cables for a device to work and told it’s not essential when it clearly is!

As part of our guidelines, we ensure specifications are checked and that all the accessories should be included prior to dispatch to avoid any discrepancies, however, it seems this was overlooked in this case.

I ordered a shield tv 4k for £100 last…

I ordered a shield tv 4k for £100 last Saturday and it’s Thursday and they still have not dispatched my media player or provided tracking Information
It’s disgusting, CeX have gone down hill and couldn’t care less

I ordered this because I needed a new phone and it had to be an I phone. Wonderful service ,wonderful delivery time and I absolutely love the phone. It arrived in immaculate condition,in fact it looked brand spanking new!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Check they send the correct items you've ordered

Some items arrived as described. Part of my order was for a wireless gamecube controller, unfortunately they sent a wired one... which is also filthy, with very sticky buttons (more so than expected with old controllers) and totally not fit for use and obviously not what I ordered. The games I ordered are all in working condition and as described, very happy with them. I have contacted their customer service and will change my review and rating if they are able to correct the controller issue, I suspect someone was just rushed and didn't read the order properly.
