We love White Mountain Puzzles! The pieces are sturdy and a little larger than most puzzles and the coloring and themes are wonderful. I also appreciate how kind and efficient they work with their customers when a puzzle piece is missing. White Mountain Puzzles are our favorite!

I love White Mountain puzzles! The pictures are always so beautiful, and the pieces are the perfect size and sturdy. You can put the puzzle together over and over and the pieces hardly wear out, unlike other puzzles I've bought. I don't even bother looking at other brands, I just exclusively buy White Mountain puzzles now. Also their website is awesome!

Puzzle pieces are of great size. Harbor Evening, we just finished it but was missing a piece. I didn't report it cause last time I reported a missing piece I found it. I thought I would wait a while to see if I could find the piece. So far, I haven't. We have put many puzzles together and never had a piece missing until now. This company works with you. I recommend White Mountain Puzzles.

Quality is always the best. Iam an avid puzzle doer. Would like to see more pictures than mixed up things. Color is always great. Have done many other companies but none compare with white mountain.

I love the care that your company pay to customers. Each puzzle I receive is packaged that include a great color photo of the puzzle, pieces in a carefully sealed plastic bag, information I can use about new puzzles and time to time, a booklet advertising new puzzles and free puzzle offers. I think the package is well worth the cost and I love the consistency of puzzle size because I use "Elmer's" display boards to place my puzzles on and Elmer's 48" display board is great for your one Thousand piece puzzles, and I can place two, 500 piece puzzles on it. When I'm finished, I just fold the flaps over. Makes for easy storage. I use 2-21" square boards with sticks glued on the edges to prevent pieces from falling off. I also put my puzzle together without placing the outside pieces on until all inside pieces are together. I decided outside pieces comprise about 12% of the puzzle and takes time putting together. So, I separate the outside pieces and put the inside pieces together. This method makes it easier and less time consuming to put the outside pieces together at the end.

We have been ordering your puzzles since Covid hit in 2020, and have LOVED everyone of them. Great quality, and they ship so quickly.
However, our most recent puzzle, “The Neighborhood,” was missing 3 straight edge pieces right next to each other. We noticed it the first night when we were putting together that part. At first, we assumed we had just missed them when sorting out the straight edge pieces. But they were never found.
So instead of 5 stars, I gave y’all 4, because we were disappointed pieces were missing.

Our only choice in puzzles is White Mt. I recently ordered directly from their site and received our latest puzzle promptly. We also purchase their puzzles from Hobby Lobby.
Their puzzles fit tightly together and we like their collages of retro topics.

Love the puzzles as they are the only ones I make. Have bought close to 100 of them and love them as they are well constructed. Glad they started putting the pictures in the box. Only complaint is I wish they could get rid of some of the cardboard dust.

I ordered a puzzle and when received it realized I had done it in the past. I wanted to exchange it for something else and the shipping cost involved made it prhibitiv. I called and was told I should give it as a gift. I was not pleased. I was willing to pay postage one way. That is how other sompanies handle exchanges
