Same day response to request for quote including plaque proofs for approval. We are now in your system which make quote requests and ordering very easy. Quality of previous plaques from your company are excellent. Delivery on or before quoted ship date. (a difference in today's business environment - kudos to you for that)

We are so happy with the final product! The sign was a 10 year anniversary present to my husband for our bar. It was pirate themed with our favorite drink toast. The reclaimed wood is beautiful and made it feel like it was from a ship - which was the goal! He is so happy with it! He's already decided where to place it and we're going to get the screws we need later today so we can mount it!
Just one suggestion - I think I put in email about 2-3 times to adjust the justification on the letters - I'm not sure if the rep missed it, but it seemed like she just didn't want to do it the way I indicated. Once I saw the mock-up with the lettering the way I wanted it done, I was sold! So, please just be a bit more detail-oriented when responding to emails and not try to change minds there! It was not a commercial sign - but personal. My husband agrees that the offset lettering is perfect to draw the eye diagonally like the swords.
However, overall - the experience was wonderful! He LOVES THE SIGN!!! I'm sure everyone who visits our bar will comment on it for years to come! Hands down - recommend Woodland to anyone! And, we will definitely use you again!

All questions were answered promptly and I ordered small acrylic names in red. I believe most people use them for stockings but I added red and white twisted string so they could be hung on their trees. They were perfect and loved by all. One name broke in the gift bag and they replaced it free of charge even though it wasn't their fault. This was taken care of them while they were supposed to be on vacation. Seriously one of the nicest companies I've ever dealt with!

Naomi made ordering a custom bronze plaque easy, they were very attentive and communicated throughout the process to ensure the plaque was exactly as we needed it to be to match the requests from our commissioner. I placed an order for 4 inch letters, but I only ordered lower case letters. A rep from Woodland called to let me know the size was based on capital letters so the letters I ordered would be smaller. We adjusted my order and I got what I wanted.
