It has been a great experience until I did not receive my complementary copies of my book and no information. Then I found out that I have to pay for the postage which no body told me that ahead. Then after I paid $ 29.23 I got my books. Somebody is missing to inform me about paying the shipping cost!

Most of the work on my two books was professionally done with excellent results inside and out. Both books came out beautifully. When I had something different in mind, all corrections were made promptly. The only thing I am still concerned about is the unexpectedly small letter size of the second book. Although I commented on it right away, requested the correction on the IMF and paid for it, so far this important change has not been made.

Same thing I said before: Balboa stopped the publication of my manuscript sent me back some money then some one changed their mind and decided it was good enough to be published, with more money from me. To me this was a screwed up process. Sort of cheating me out of money. But I went for it. Now it is up to me.

The people I have worked with at Balboa press were patient and accommodating. I recently bought Apple products and was new to the system. Balboa uses PC so some adjustments needed to be made. The instructions I received were very helpful.

balboa staff are pleasant and professional. but the international phone connection and hard to understand accents on the bad line made for hard 'going' from my end
