Amazing quality and price

We got SO MUCH food and were extremely impressed by the quality.

We ordered a package for 10 people plus a small curry order that said it served 7. We fed 11 people dinner, then leftover lunch for all 11, then leftover lunch again for about 5, then STILL had leftovers that we had to give away to friends!

The food came hot and exactly as advertised. There was plenty of protein in both the chicken and paneer dishes that we ordered.

We have already told multiple friends that they should order catering from the Kebab Factory, and we’ll definitely do so again in the future.

It was surprisingly as easy as ordering pizza!

It was surprisingly as easy as ordering pizza! I was a bit nervous as this was our first order and it was for a large party, so of course you want food orders to be timely and accurate. I appreciated the text messages letting me know that the order was on the way and when it arrived. Everything was well packaged and kept warm. It was a great experience! Very simple.

Great Job!

The website is super easy to use. I like that it shows you the status of your order along every step of the process. The order, and all relevant items were delivered on time. The delivery driver was very friendly and quick to get the order set up at the delivery.

Excellent experience

Using ezCater was truly easy. I was able to text with them the day of to try to change my delivery time. They were extremely accommodating and eager to help. The deliver person was quick and friendly! I would definitely recommend to friends and will use again!

I am super impressed with this service

I am super impressed with this service. It made me look good! I sent breakfast to the house of my future sister in law on the morning of her wedding so all of us Bridesmaids could have a hot breakfast and everyone was happy. It was on time, and as promised with the great food.

Excellent option

The chat feature was so convenient and the customer service was kind and helpful. I was nervous due to the early time for our event and they were able to assure me that everything would be fine and it was! The food was great. I could not be happier and will use ezCater in the future.

Food was delicious!

Food was delicious!! My daughter wanted a brunch theme for her graduation party. The place we had ordered waffles from was not responsive so we went the IHOP. SO GLAD WE DID! Food was delicious and plentiful. The French Toast was my personal favorite. People were raving about the cinnamon dippers which was a last minute impulse buy and I’m SO glad we added them!! TUM!!! Special thanks for adding butter packets per my request. The pancakes and French toast were perfect with the chicken tenders we had ordered elsewhere. Will definitely be using again!

Half our order arrived

Half our order arrived. We ordered 20 breakfast sandwiches. We ordered 20 donuts and 2 containers of coffee. We ended up getting a refund for some of the sandwiches, but our event was ruined. I had to leave the event and drive to a dunkin to get the sandwiches in person. There were no cups brought with the coffee. The catering delivery person acted like we were insane for saying the main part of the order was missing. Terrible experience, won't repeat!

The process with EZcater was extremely…

The process with EZcater was extremely easy and provided just what we needed for our daughter’s college graduation party. They kept in contact just enough and delivery process was very smooth even though we had a slight change the evening before. The food was delicious and plentiful.

Lunch delivered over an hour late...

Unfortunately, my recent order for a lunch time meeting was delivered over an hour late. By the time it arrived the meeting had concluded and the attendees did not get to enjoy their meal. The ezcater team was responsive and very apologetic, and gave a 50% credit on the meal, however it does not make up for the fact that the food was way overdue. It is an incredibly stressful situation and unfortunately made my team look very unprofessional for not having provided a lunch which was promised. I will not likely order from ezcater again.

Early Arrival

The food was delicious, and the delivery person was super friendly and professional. What I didn't like was that is a little over an hour early. Not having a stove on site and already having a meeting set up for a certain time i had to try and reschedule the meeting for earlier in fear of having cold food. Unfortunately, not everyone on the original meeting list was able to do this due to other meetings. I understand they had a lot of orders but a heads up would have been nice before the food arrived at the jobsite.

Overall great experience!

Ordering process was easy (loved the group order functionality) and the food was great. Packaged and labeled clearly. My only frustration was the food arrive 45 minutes early. I wasn’t at the location yet and it was stressful trying to coordinate an appropriate drop off since my office building doesn’t usually accept food on our behalf.
