Excited to see my first banner that I created in a couple of weeks. My little brothers high school graduation is May 29th. Anyway, I had a difficult time resizing shapes because I couldn't expand the shape but bringing it in was hard too. More options would be helpful. For example more fancy fonts, glow tool for lettering or shapes, putting an image in a shape, and a Ombre effect with two colors in shapes. Love it if there was more variety in designs when making my own. Overall experience pretty good.

I was recently on the Vista website and found the prices much higher, the website more difficult to navigate and make changes to my order. You didn't offer the rounded corners I wanted, but I still went with GotPrint for the value and quality I always get. Thank you!

Expected delivery dates at order time did not equal expected delivery dates at checkout. Preliminary info was misleading. I thought I could use standard shipping and get product in time for event. Feels like bait and switch.

This form is also unintelligent. I just placed an order, so pull in the order number! This review form obscures the screen so I can't see my order number, forcing me to get it from my email.

The date field on this form is the worst date entry field I've encountered on the web.

Was pretty easy to use. However, I had to delete a text field, that I wanted on my cards because it showed up during editing but disappeared every time I previewed it to order. I would go back and verify it was there, even edited it a couple times, but it disappeared and left a blank on all previews. So, in order to avoid the blank space, I had to delete it.

Horrible experience. They bombarded me with e-mails (I jusrt received 6 e-mails in the last 5 minutes). They canceled my order after a few days. Had to call the customer service. Lost 1 hour of my life. Do not recommend.

I have been ordering with GotPrint since the 1980s. Easy to order, good quality of printouts. The good thing is that at any time during ordering you can go back and correct incorrectly entered data.
I like this Company, it's an old Company, just like my business. They survived the difficult times that affected us all. Why?
Because they are good at what they do!
