Terrible product, terrible service

I bought cartridges for an Epson WF7710. They are worthless. I ran the head cleaner multiple times, did all the troubleshooting, etc. and ultimately ended up buying genuine Epson cartridges. The printer went right back to printing normally after a few pages. I got in a pinch and needed black so I used another one of the inkfarm cartridges, and within a few pages it was printing borderline unreadable pages. I emailed inkfarm and never got a response. Terrible product, terrible service.

Remanufactured Cartridges

I have an old Lexmark Z52 printer that stopped printing in color and then black. I tried original equipment cartridges to no avail. I had never used remanufactured cartridges but that was my last option. I put in both color and black cartridges from Ink Farm and my ole printer came back to life. So will end my depending on original equipment cartridges.

Refurbished cartridges don't fit as advertised.

I recently bought a package of two black and one color ink cartridges (refurbished) for my Canon Printer model TR4522. First, I had difficulty removing the cartridges from the packing. Second, I had difficulty removing the plastic strip that protects the ink. Third, the cartridge would no way fit in my printer although it had the right number on it and was supposed to be the correct one. When I lined it up with my (original issue) installed cartridge, I saw quite clearly there is an extra ridge on the new one that prevents it from slotting snugly into the carriage. I will return the cartridges (I only tried one of three, but they are all the same) and expect a full refund. I am very disappointed.

Emails bouncing re: where is my refund?

I have been a customer of ink farm for over 7 years...just sent back some cartridges in OCTOBER 2023 because my current printer died. Was due a refund of about $48 or so and was told I would receive a check. Still waiting...no response from emails to customer service (2-3X now) and using the form on the website kicks back the information as not sendable. What is going on? Must I contact the Better Business Bureau for a response from them? NEXT!!!!

Local Office Depot stopped supplying HP…

Local Office Depot stopped supplying HP 02 ink cartridges, so I checked online and Inkfarm popped up - with good prices for genuine HP ink, but even better (MUCH better) prices for "Our Ink" (Remanufactured). Shipping was free. And fast, which I really needed. Always thought I could drive a mile and buy more any day of the week, so waited till the printer ran out completely. Oops. Inkfarm saved me!

Simply Unbelievable

Simply Unbelievable! I couldn't believe it until I tried It! Price value & performance. Worked the same with Laser as well as with ink jet printers.Worked same as inks purchased from printer manufacturers,only amazingly less costly!

Excellent use of recycling empty ink…

Excellent use of recycling empty ink cartridges to make them new once again for older printers, like mine. If it weren't for them, I would not be able to get ink for my dependable old printer, and I would have to throw it away, which would be a sad waste.Their printer cartridges and the ink is of high quality.
Their shipping is incredibly fast and they offer great prices along with useful discount coupons for further purchases.

Your company is a godsend to a senior…

Your company is a godsend to a senior citizen. I am involved with BSA and my wife co-runs our church Christmas Fair so we print more than the average senior. My wife also prints out receipts when she pays the bills. BJ's and Walmart prices are higher than yours and not always available for our printer. I have been more than satisfied with the quality and delivery time of your product.

I was very satisfied

I was very satisfied. My items (two remanufactured print cartridges for an older HP all-in-one printer) were shipped promptly and I was informed when the order was received and sent out. I got them in a few days, and not only did I save money with these remanufactured cartridges but the printing itself looks better than what I got with the original and more expensive HP cartridges I used to buy. Nearly two weeks ago I asked about…

Nearly two weeks ago I asked about returning the three Canon ink cartridges that I bought on line, as the one I tried would not print well; always the first several lines were not clear on every page I printed. Useless. I said I would scan some of these pages and send the scans if wanted.
There has been no reply of any kind. Product and service not acceptable.
A day later, today, I did get a reply and Inkfarm is sending a prepaid label for me to return the cartridges for a refund, as all of their re-manufactured, and compatible cartridges come with a two year warranty, and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Excellent service. Maybe I should have tried the other two cartridges before complaining.

Worthless phone service, they did send email and tracking data.

So far from order I put in Yesterday (Sunday the 20th).
No email or saying when it will ship, Phone service is terrible, no one there bothers to answer phone and the voice mail box is full ( 4 attempts). I recommend avoiding this company with lousy service like this, though they did accept my money from paypal, Maybe they are just crooks and scam artists, seems that way so far.
Update, they finally did answer an email, but don't waste time trying to call them.
Update: I did receive the order. and they did provde tracking information. Still leery ordering again if cannot contact by phone if something goes wrong

My order was for one color and one b&w…

My order was for one color and one b&w cartridge but got two b&w instead. However as soon as I reported the problem the color cartridge was shipped immediately and include a postage paid return envelop.
Mistakes happen, how you resolve them is more important.

I called about a wrong cartridge being…

I called about a wrong cartridge being sent and that I had trouble with two others. I have been using inkjet printers for over 20 years, and time to time things happen. The InkFarm representative was courteous and besides correcting the wrong cartridge replaced the two I was having trouble with, To me that is great service.

Sorry about the delay in my review

Sorry about the delay in my review, but my old cartridge lasted longer than i'd thought... Installed your HP 45 Cartridge today and works like a charm.. My thanks also for the excellent communication and fast shipping..
When this runs out I will be looking you up again..

Can't get HP902XL to work in HP6962 OfficeJet.

Everything I tried to get their HP902XL cartridge to work in my HP 6962 printer did NOT work. I have spent several hours and am completely frustrated. When I try to get to their customer service on the web, I only get "We only accept orders from North America", well, Augusta GA is in north america. It is not worth the $13 price to have all of these headaches. Also, SCREW HP for not accepting non HP cartridges.

I have been ordering from ink.farm.com for over two years and have not been dissatisfied. They have quality products and you don't have to wait a lifetime to get your product. if for some reason, they, as humyns, make an error and send you wrong product, you don't have to wait forever to get it corrected and you don't need an affidavit signed in blood by your late parents to get the order corrected. In other words they are prompt and courteous. Not to mention, economical.
