Honestly, great customer service, and shipping speeds. Usps in San Francisco was being a pain, and the folks at kicksgenerationtoys were there to help. The figure and box came in great condition. Not to mention the fair prices. Definitely recommend.

Kicks has always taken good care of me. Sure there are other places online, but none of them offer the kind of service Kicks does. I’ve been burned by the others, no replies, lousy packaging, or cancelled orders with no reason given. Let’s be clear, this is an expensive hobby to have, and being treated with top quality service throughout the transaction process goes a long way and keeps me coming back.

Recently received my order for the Voltes V SMP (Shokugan Modeling Project) model set. Each individual items were boxed with the utmost care to leave the main display box for the model itself in pristine condition. Very quick shipping with detailed tracking and communication with the folks at Kicks. Per unit pricing was cheaper than other options more local to me and that's with shipping included.

This is now my go to place for harder to find toys/kits and will recommend to everyone I know looking for the same thing.

This was my first time buying a collectible via web and it was simply awesome. I got more than a figure in perfect condition. This store is always updating you about the package location and anything you need to know about the collectible. They also took care of covering the collectible so well that it took me some time unboxing it, which is perfect to preserve it and don't find any scratch or broken pieces once you get it. I recommend this store a 100% and I'm planning to continue making business with them.

I ordered a trailer to go with my Lego Optimus Prime and love what I got! The only issue I have with it is that a number of the larger thin pieces had a curve to them so parts of the trailer aren't flush. Beyond that I love the product!
