Ordered a Samsung microwave oven. Got a faulty one which leaks current and trips my fusebox. On calling the support, they say we cannot replace it right away.. we will send someone and it's been 10 days. Ridiculous policy.

I recently bought a fridge from Mediamarkt. The fridge itself is as requested, however the delivery service was not professional. Different conflicting timeslots were provided by Email/SMS. Delivery was carried outside of the provided timeslot and when questioned, the delivery company would not take responsability for their mistake.

I went to MediaMarkt Leidschendam to buy a router for wifi. I had no idea what I needed and when I asked a MediaMarkt sales advisor if he could help me, he smiled and said yes. Not only did he help, he gave me the right advice so I can get the right router for my needs. Really appreciated his sense of humour and ability to break down the information for me.

I bought a second hand washing machine on 9 of May and the mediamarkt promised us that product will be delivered tomorrow but they cancelled and changed the date with no reasons. I wouldn’t say anything if this is everything because few days after the delivery guy call me said the washing machine is damaged by their mistake therefore he offered us two options which is still take the original one or a new one. Why would I want it since a second hand now is damaged again so I chose a new one. That guy told us to go mediamarkt one more time to rearrange the shipping date so we did and there’s an old mediamarkt man with another black lady being so rude and unprofessional with unresponsive answer saying that we are trying to tricked them for a new washing machine from that second hand one. They put us out and the day after that they called me again and stated with strongly anger about I must be wrong with the washing machine and the washing machine is nothing bad with it. But I never see the machine again after the day that I purchased their product in store. I don’t know why he’s been so mad and rude to me and then he said they will email us for the new delivery date and will also take the picture of that second hand washing machine to us to prove that everything is fine. After they finally delivering it on 17 of May with all these mess. What is this kind of service? I would never buy anything from ever again this is sucks

Ridiculous delivery and installation of a washing machine: subcontractors came twice and were unable to connect it and bring out the old one. They go in a rush, probably get paid by Mediamark by completed job and they refuse to do those that take slightly longer time. Ashaming.
