Great service, good choice of milk, dairy and non dairy with no plastic waste.
There is a large choice of other food products and re-fillable kitchen and bathroom supplies (have yet to try these).

We recently moved from Kent to Norfolk and the process to transfer our milk deliveries was easy. First delivery was today.

Just cancelled Milk n More.
Vital service for my 95 year old dementia suffering mother. Used to be good. But for the last 3 months we’ve been getting milk that goes off 4 days after delivery. Thus Friday I had to throw away the bottles delivered on Monday. So now we’ll take our chances with Tesco milk that has a much longer shelf life. Very disappointing but giving us such a short Use By window is clearly part of the business model.

Their phone number answers with invalid number. The website won’t let me change my order to weekly. No answer to 2 contact forms and one text message. Person phoned and sorted everything out. Finally great customer service.

I often leave the house early, so I appreciate deliveries being made even earlier in the morning, so that the milk can be put in the fridge as soon as I get up, rather than sitting on the doorstep. It is really easy to change the order on line.

Had been thinking about becoming a customer, but keep seeing their local driver(s), driving like dangerous plumb. Phone to discuss, and it's all overseas call centres and the person I started speaking to wasn't interested.

Milk is a basic necessity that has been exploited by the food industry and sold ‘plastic contaminated’ at the expense of those who produce a wholesome, natural, product delivered at a time when you need it, in a glass, recyclable container. Milk from a glass bottle tastes like milk.
The food industry needs to learn that……

Mistakes in deliveries, not refunding missing items, milk delivered near its date and goes off quickly, now introducing cardboard cartons when the whole purpose of glass bottles is to recycle and reduce waste. Disappointing

Great milkman, great product but stock control and organisation lacking. Delivery MWF so we miss out on Bank Holidays. Double delivery on Friday before but best before date on milk runs out before next delivery. Email the problem and ask for confirmation that this will not happen again in few weeks time on next BH. Instant refund (good) but no comment. If it happens again I will be an ex customer with no milk supply.

Since being taken over by Freshways the product line has improved tremendously. Out with the overpriced Muller, Artisan crap and in with branded quality products. my weekly spend has increased 300% as now M&M sells things i want to buy. It seems fresh ways know what there doing

Milk delivered early morning and left in milk minder. When I didn't receive a scheduled delivery it was refunded without lots of hassle. Extras ordered on line delivered. Great quality at a reasonable price. Website easy to use.

I have a regular bottled milk order which has always been great, love the new caps, but recently due to visitors I have needed to buy different and extra milk. It has been so easy to just add to my regular delivery which saves an extra visit to the supermarket. I also used the 1 lt carton milk for this extra easy for identification and fridge space also it has a great cap which stays on the carton even when pouring, does not get lost.

Customer for less than a month, and my second review: still terrible. Promised an electric vehicle but got a diesel van. Confirmed with my neighbours…they're not disturbed. Assured I'd get a call back, but no one contacted me. Now, it's Monday morning, and there's no milk. Customer Service can't say if this will happen again or if milk’s been stolen? Isn't delivering milk your business model?

I look after an elderly bed ridden friend so tried milk and more to ease the burden of keeping him stocked up. Placed first order and a carer found it left outside of the estate, nowhere near his front door.
Opened 3 tickets with milk and more trying to find out what went on and not received a single response.
