I’m new to FCP and found that I wanted custom transitions and effects. I googled it and checked many different providers. I have to say that Motion VFX has become my favorite.
Their website is easy to search. I can purchase one off products instead of signing up for a subscription and they make installation really easy.

Great software, in my case, mRotoAI, helped make a seemingly incredibly difficult project not only possible but easy. Though mRotoAI is relatively simple to use, my project made it not so straightforward — that's where user support became invaluable. I've been a full time commercial photographer for thirty plus years and have offered my clients video for the last five years. I have used all kinds of different plugins, apps etc, and have had several occasions where I needed support — I can only recall a couple of occasions where support matched the level of attention and sincerity that I received from the MotionVFX team. They even requested a sample of my video project so they could understand my challenges and offer solutions. I'm incredibly grateful for the MotionVFX's team — they helped me deliver a project that my client was extremely happy with.

I recently made a purchase from MotionVRX and
I'm very happy with it.
Since I'm not a tech person, I wasn't able to understand how to use some of their stuff efficiently.
When I emailed to the support, they replied very quickly, and told me the basic way how to use some specific stuff, which picture-adapted and very easily understanding.
They are very flexible and they even send you videos showing how to do specific technical stuff.
For any improvement for the future, I'm leaving space in 1 star. Therefore, it's 4 stars for now.
However, I have to say, so far so good :)

I have been editing for about 20 years now and have worked on Olympic Games, Rugby World Cups and Star Wars.
No one in all that time comes close to delivering the same level of quality and excellence of plugins and tools as Motion VFX.
They simply just keep delivering.
They were a game changer for my agency and helped position me as one of the best in my industry.
Dare I say it, I get excited when they release new plugins!

I’ve been editing videos for quite a while and those are the best motion templates by far. They are not cheap but if you want to step up your editing game I would recommend it 100%.

I contacted MotionVFX with a question about their mDocumentary product and their response was on-point and quick. I would rate their technical support superior to many other companies. They were professional and courteous.
I also want to say that I have purchased several products from them now and have been impressed each time. The products are easy to use, they add a professional finished touch to all my video editing needs and most of all, they save me an incredible amount of time with each project. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be purchasing many more products.

MotionVFX make great, easy to use plug-ins. I have bought many products from them over recent years for use with Final Cut Pro, and all have worked really well. Creating driving education YouTube videos is made so much easier with the simple to use plug-ins from MotionVFX. It wasn't until recently when some of my products didn't work correctly that I had to get in touch with customer services for the first time. The problem was quickly and easily rectified. We use MotionVFX PlugIns daily, such as: Blur, CamRig, Behaviour, Callouts, the list goes on. They run smoothly and are beautifully simple, crafted for the content producer in mind.

A highly professional organisation. I had a small problem with the "show/hide" option on the effects button in Inspector being inadvertently set to "hide" meaning I could not see LUTs I was trying to apply. Jakub spent a lot of time and effort in helping me solve this problem by taking me through logical steps. Help very much appreciated!

I bought two MVFX packs , but i made a mistake during the process of buying and downloading and didn't really know how to fix my error
so i go to the help desk rather pessimistic about the issue because help desks are not always very efficient and present for help
Well i was awfully wrong about MotionVFX and Jakob who managed in a few minutes to guide me and explain to me what i had to do,
i did it and i was astonished it all went perfectly well

This man did not give me a work order in case I could not get my program to work. He sent me another e mail to give me a few new ideas to help me. Usually companies like to give one answer, then give me a work order to contact them again. What a wonderful company who has workers that really care about their customers. I will be forever thankful to this man in customer service, and the company who cares for their customers, even if it is the customer’s fault for problem. Saying think you is not enough for your care for people who buy your products. I am sorry it took so long to review, but I had things kept happening.donna

I'm an experienced editor but I'm used to creating graphics from scratch for every project. That's incredibly tiring after a few years, so when I heard about this MotionVFX that creates great presets that are not only stylish but super (emphasis on the SUPER) customizable, it looked too good to be true, but I had to try it.
My experience templated from their website and their app has been mosly seamless. I'm not a big fan of limited hardware licenses (I know it's an industry wide thing, they just irk me) but that's about the only complaint I have. The easy to use controls, wide variety in templates, designs, animations and wide range of tools that tunes the templates to your exact taste make up for that. It also helps that it's as taxing on your computer hardware compared to MOGRTs in Premiere Pro.
I think they're a great purchaseif for anyone who wants to speed up their video editing workflow with drag and drop motion templates that allow for really precise customization and controls

MotionVFX Products ROCK! They provide Final Cut Pro tools I can only dream up in my head, but I cannot create, all for an affordable price. Customer service is Exceptional - they helped me to purchase the best MotionVFX product(s) for my film - they also navigated me through some complex Motion Software issues.

I had an issue with my account (my mistake) and I emailed support and got a response from Jakob almost immediately. He fixed the issue and I was on my way. I wish all companies worked like this! MotionVFX has always been the best place to shop for plugins and FX that are updated and optimized for the latest designs and the latest OS (in my case Apple silicon) but I didn't know until now how awesome their support is. Nice to work with an actual human - not some AI bot - who can take care of an issue instantly and get me back to work. Great company, great products, great support!
